The staff is kind and fast. I come mostly in the morning, Lacie is very friendly. This is my favorite Starbucks location and I come here often and it’s always a good experience.

I was having a rather rough day when I came in to pick up my mobile order and I was greeted by Rosa who also made me laugh so hard I forgot what my problems were for a sec I’m super grateful and I’m definitely going to be coming back to this location. :)

I came in a few days ago to get an iced espresso and was completely shocked at how I was treated by the worker. My drink was not filled all the way, and when I asked the employee, all she did was give me an awful look and attitude. She said that I didn’t ask for extra ice in the drink… how hard is it to just add some extra ice? Make it look at least a bit more presentable? By the time it was resolved all she did was act frustrated. I didn’t catch her name because her name tag was smeared, I think it started with an R. She was shorter with black hair. It was my first and definitely last time at this Starbucks. Full of RBF and hostility over ice? AND my drink was HORRID. Safe to say I’ll be sticking with Beans and Brews.

I hate starbunks but somebody in my jeep had to have one their fancy schmancy tea drinks, Utah area I prefer military & ex peace officer vet owned Beans & Brews.

Don’t go to this location. They need more training, no one was being welcomed in and there was four baristas. I sat there at the hand off waiting just to get a straw and I asked TWO people and they blatantly IGNORED me and didn’t give eye contact. I sat there for five minutes. Specifically one was Tanner and he knew I had a question. DO BETTER or work in a place that’s not customer friendly.

As a former partner I do not say this lightly, you’d get better quality drinks and service at a Starbucks inside Smiths or Target.

This location is always incredibly understaffed and wait times are outrageous. Not only this, but when your CS is standing in front of customers looking around like they don’t know what to do while both bars and food are backed up, why didn’t a shift pull them to hop on bar? The roll is literally customer support. Wiping down windows or hoping on bar. Which seems more important when you are slammed?

My drinking being wrong on top of having to wait well past my mobile pick up time AND having to ask for them to put my food in the oven is beyond frustrating. How am I supposed to go up and tell them so they can make it right while there is a 10+ minute wait time at the drive thru window? How am I supposed to tell them when the person working the front POS literally turns their back to me while I’m mid sentence talking to them? I’d rather not wait another 30 for my drinking to get fixed, if it even is correct the next time.

Tall man welcomed every customer that walked in and said thanks for being there! We sat and played Pokémon go for a while. My kids loved the friendly environment. It was a nice pit stop before the airport.
