Team needs a training refresher. We had a curious interaction with an argumentative drive-through clerk that was profoundly confused about what a Breve is, even after explaining it. The pushback continued with examples that only reinforced her ignorance of what the drink is. Given that I lived in Italy and have order thousands of Breves (also at hundreds of different Starbucks in my travels). She said “do you want a latte breve, an americano breve, or a shot with a splash of cream?). We eventually gave up and ordered a “latte breve”, which does not exist in any traditional definition. A latte has regular milk, a breve has half-and-half. The proper order for an Americano would be to just add half-and-half. A breve always has been, and always will be espresso shots (to order), steamed half-and-half (to size), topped with foamed half-in-half. I ordered a hot venti drink Monday morning and it was MAYBE filled half way, but disguised with so much whipped cream. I noticed once I drove forward and didn’t have enough time to turn around. Very lazy!
This is what it looked like right when I took the lid off, before the whipped cream dissolved and before I had even tried it.

If you're a customer, this location isn't bad. You'll get your drink decently fast and the staff in friendly. If you are looking to apply here to work, please heed my warning and go somewhere else. The staff here is miserable because the store manager cannot do his job properly. My personal experience is nothing different. He will not be reasonable and will not accommodate for you and will find reasons to justify his wrong doings instead of reflecting on himself and saying even a simple "sorry". Get a new manager, please!

This is the worst Starbucks. I live really close to this location so I keep going hoping things will get better and there is ALWAYS an issue with my order or they are out of items. The most recent examples: two weeks ago I stopped here for a honey citrus tea and somehow got chamomile. Today. I requested a London Fog with oatmilk and still ended up with regular milk despite the barista "confirming" they had oatmilk. I will have to drive father to another Starbucks location from now on, this one is a disaster.

The workers here can never make a Brown sugar, oat milkshake, espresso right
I order through the app about 20min an then get to the location 10min after. Did not see my drink so went to bathroom and waited for another 5-10min. And still waited so I ask the barista and then they told me my drink is still getting ready. I was not busy at all. In total I have waited 40 min for just a holiday drink. No coming back for sure

The drive-thru has a sign that says the store is closed but the store doesn't look closed? Also if the trees were trimmed on the street you would be able to see Starbucks.

I love Starbucks they always have something that I like even though they change their menu too often. This Starbucks over here in West Valley though is great they're always cheerful and nice at the drive-thru in the morning even at 6:00 a.m. they're smiling and joking I wouldn't be that happy at 6:00 a.m. unless I worked at Starbucks and had lots of coffee
