Don’t go to this location. They need more training, no one was being welcomed in and there was four baristas. I sat there at the hand off waiting just to get a straw and I asked TWO people and they blatantly IGNORED me and didn’t give eye contact. I sat there for five minutes. Specifically one was Tanner and he knew I had a question. DO BETTER or work in a place that’s not customer friendly.

As a former partner I do not say this lightly, you’d get better quality drinks and service at a Starbucks inside Smiths or Target.
This location is always incredibly understaffed and wait times are outrageous. Not only this, but when your CS is standing in front of customers looking around like they don’t know what to do while both bars and food are backed up, why didn’t a shift pull them to hop on bar? The roll is literally customer support. Wiping down windows or hoping on bar. Which seems more important when you are slammed?
My drinking being wrong on top of having to wait well past my mobile pick up time AND having to ask for them to put my food in the oven is beyond frustrating. How am I supposed to go up and tell them so they can make it right while there is a 10+ minute wait time at the drive thru window? How am I supposed to tell them when the person working the front POS literally turns their back to me while I’m mid sentence talking to them? I’d rather not wait another 30 for my drinking to get fixed, if it even is correct the next time.

Tall man welcomed every customer that walked in and said thanks for being there! We sat and played Pokémon go for a while. My kids loved the friendly environment. It was a nice pit stop before the airport.

I sat in the drive through for 40 min. In the drive through that is ridiculous I couldn't leave One car ahead of me. I had to go in and ask them to please give the car infront of me there drink so I could leave. They said sorry we are going as fast as we can. I said please just give the one car infront of me their drinks so I can leave. This place is always slow but this time it was awful. I usually go to dutch bros but like the fire works drink. I'm staying with dutch bros. That drink isn't worth it

6/29/25 at 10:17 am I stopped at this Starbucks before work to get my breakfast and coffee. The girl who took my order was rude, and I asked light ice and upside down drink, I arrived at the window and NO hi or a good morning, so I didn’t tip her, then she handed me my croissant and it looked like it was punched all smashed, then she gave me my coffee with extra ice when I had said light and with extra extra caramel sauce and i never asked her for extra. She then just turned around to ignore me and well since I had to go to work I just left. I didn’t eat since my sandwich was raw, but that HORRIBLE customer service will not ruin my day at work, because some of us still know and have that customer service job experience ❤️ Will Be Choosing another Starbucks
My coffee is in a haft when I try to to put sugar the sandwich It was all scrambled in the bag

I had a terrible experience at the Starbucks in West Valley. The cashier who helped my daughter on her birthday. She was going to order a drink that Starbucks offers to birthday people on their day. The cashier told her NO, which made her feel bad and made my daughter cry on her 9th birthday. This happened on June 10, 2025 at 6:30 pm. I do not recommend this place at all. The service was terrible. We left in a rage. I didn't see the cashier's name. I will never buy anything here again.
