I like this location. Agreed that a drive through would be nice but the location just wouldn’t work. I enjoy having a morning hot shower and stopping by a couple times a month. The code for the bathroom is 93400. Just saying. 😉 Good morning peeps. A quick update for this store: I like breakfast sandwiches, but I don’t handle cheese very well anymore. I can bring in an outside sandwich and the staff has never said anything to me about doing so. This makes this store just a little bit more enjoyable to relax in. 😊

Definitely wouldn’t recommend this store horrible customer service waited 5 mins to even place an order while they just talk didn’t even place an order just left . Definitely recommend 5792 s redwood rd in an out in 5 mins and so friendly

I have been to this Starbucks about four times I do everything I can to avoid going there but sometimes I have to go that way and there's not really another coffee place that I know of close this shop just has no sense of urgency I spend no less than 15 minutes waiting for a simple Blended coffee and a muffin or at most a grilled cheese it just seems like every time I'm there that people seem to be in slow motion

Love the oatmilk shaken espresso, it is my go to. Staff at this Starbucks is so nice, and always say hello no matter how busy they are. The consistency of my drink is the same each time I get it. Which is really nice.

One of THE worst Starbucks there is for urgency. I waited 20 minutes for my coffee and it had been sitting on a back counter while they politely served SEVERAL ppl after me. Ugh.
I still love this location, the staff are very friendly and awesome at what they do. They care about the people who come in which is a great feeling.

The employees here are a delight and so sweet everytime I come in! I come here pretty regularly for pick-up orders and they always make sure to greet me and wish me a good day with a little heart on my cup. 🫶🏻 Shoutout to all the baristas, you’re doing a great job!🫡🩷

The staff was very kind and attentive. We were trying to decide what to get and Chase was right there to give recommendations that we would like. There was a slight mistake ordering, but Chase helped us out and fixed our order as soon as he could.

This location makes a good drink and the baristas are nice...but UGH your nostrils are blasted by the stench of feces / sewage as you approach the doors. There are 3 sewer hole covers right in front of the store. Not good on a hot summer day. There's a reason you probably won't see customers hanging out on their patio 😝

I’m very disheartened to write this review. I came here today with my caseworker. I also had my certified service dog. I asked the server for an Iced Cherry Chai Latte. She said it’s no longer available (even thought it’s on the website). She said I can make you a strawberry chai latte. Ok. My caseworker ordered a Iced Matcha Latte. We both got the same sizes. Neither were cold by the way. His was around 6 dollars. He paid for his own. Mine was 14! I paid for my own. So, you literally ripped off a person with a service dog who has three clinical diagnosed disabilities. I don’t usually come to Starbucks and it was a rough day, so it took me a little while to process that I was grossly overcharged for one drink. I don’t even know what to say other than this. And I don’t know why I’m writing this review other than I’m not sure why you did this? Side note the music was blasting incredibly loud music. Obnoxiously so.
