Drive thru, 2 drinks, adder of 1 shot per drink. Got a hot drink that tasted vaguely of hot spoiled milk with a little froth as a bonus and an iced cup of oat milk. Every time I go back I am reminded why I shouldn't do that. The super long wait to get those lovely drinks was really a great adder.

i just had the worst experience here i went in to get a coffee before work & i was waiting for my drink for over 15 mins & was then late to work . i went to ask the lady if my drink was done yet because i'm going to be late to work now & turns out they wrote down the wrong name & had been calling the wrong name for like half the time i was standing there . so my drink had been done & the woman who took my order saw me standing there waiting for my drink, she looked at me several times & didn't think to let me know that my drink had been ready . not to mention , they had my drink tucked away in a corner where i couldn't see it , maybe if they had it sitting on the pickup counter in plain sight , i would've seen that it was my drunk with the wrong name . i hate leaving bad reviews but this caused me to be late to my job & i don't think that's fair just because they didn't write down the correct name , make sure you speak incredibly loudly & slow so they don't get your name wrong

I normally get a Large Vanilla sweet cream cold brew. It almost tasted watered down, I'm not sure how to describe it completely but it wasn't the same quality as other locations.
The service was good and It was great when I came in and everyone was kind.
The atmosphere is nice except they let people with no shoes and a blanket for a shirt wrapped around them into their place where they serve food. I guess they don't have a sign that says "no shirt, no shoes, no business". Overall it's "okay".

Lovely area near the shopping mall and the workers are super sweet and nice ... appreciated them bring the drinks to me.. I give them 11/10 drinks are delicious we got the summer drinks something different ? ?
This Friday July 12th in the afternoon around 4pm is been my first time in my life that I wasted 30 minutes of my time to get a caramel Frappuccino is crazy this lady was soo slow and also she go outside to smoke and my order still no ready she have zero respect for the customer! Just a caramel Frappuccino I normally go in the same time because is my brake on my job but is crazy wait 30min for a coffee is Starbucks (please store manager) PS: the other lady’s are so sweet and nice

The main supervisor lady who’s the boss here talks to so many of her friends while everyone else is busy and trying to rush and catch up. I feel bad for the workers that have to deal with the their supervisor just talking and not working.
Very slow and it wasn't busy I won't go back.
