I have never been to a Starbucks and left upset until I came here, it was 7:00pm on Friday and I went into this smiths Starbucks and asked for a sandwich the cashier had a disgusting attitude and said as you can see and points to the oven I am cleaning it so I will no longer be making sandwiches because it takes to long to clean. I’m sorry what! But have never ever been treated like that at a Starbucks don’t go here the cashier obviously hates his job and won’t do his actual job and make you what you are paying for. If I could leave 0 stars I would!

Surprisingly quiet, cozy atmosphere despite being inside a grocery store. I sat and worked from my laptop at one of the tables in the back corner area for an hour and it was really nice.

The girls are very inattentive, just playing, plus a thin girl with a dark-haired bun makes the coffee and doesn't let you know it's ready and you ask them questions and are rude. The truth is, I don't go back to that place if I go because they are different and friendly like the one in 2700 WEST ARE VERY

Went to starbucks and we ordered a medium pineapple refresher. After i was done paying i wanted to tell the employees to put little ice in the cup but they handed me my drink just as i finished paying. I am not happy because i payed for a medium cup full of ice and when i complained to the employees they never appologized and said that they are followinf corporrats rules on how to make drinks and not only did they not apologize but they never offered to make the situation better.

Got the lavender matcha, cup is 2" away from full, and I didn't see the purple lavender layer at all. I asked them where was the lavender, " oh, it's mixed in there". No, you're not supposed to do that. They took away my joy of eating the lavender cream. I got one before from the Starbucks across the street and everything was perfect. Will never order anything here again, ruined my day
