bowl of meet and cheese and told me to add it to my sandwich when she could of re made the sandwich. She said she did not want to i asked for a refund she refused to give me a refund and tell a gentleman behind me, said that I was simply asking for my sandwich to be remade and she didn't want to and he was willing to wait but she said that she gave me a bowl of meat and cheese and then some customers decided to go talk bad about me and flipped me off, and the lady who said she was the manager proceeded to laugh about the situation. The situation in general was completely unprofessional. I will never return to that subway I used to love that subway when I had been there several times before especially for buy one get one sandwich and the customer service there was a lot better and they made us laugh and even gave us free drinks a few times because we used to be regulars. It's been a while since I've been there about six months but I'm very disappointed. They have lost my service. My sister Service, and a few other people that were there that had apologized and offered to buy me another sandwich and I told them no I just wanted the refund from the store.

This location kind of sucks. The last 2 times I’ve come here the toaster was broken. They only had white and wheat bread. And today they didn’t have any onions or pickles. I’ve found a hair in my sandwich here before as well! Don’t recommend this location.

I absolutely love this Subway .Blue is the most amazing employee there, she's always so happy and inviting & friendly. If you have any kind of issues talk to her and she will gladly help you! She's always fixed any issues I've ever had and she always makes the sandwiches with love & care. I used to dislike this Subway and now I'll go out of my way to go to this one specifically
Out of 4 sandwiches, not a single one was correct. Take your time and drive to another Subway that actually cares to get your order correct.

I have their subway app and the coupon for any footlong sub for $7 after 5pm. We ordered a simple Black Forest ham and a BMT. They could not figure out how to use the coupon. So we paid full price. I don’t understand why they didn’t or wouldn’t fix it at the register.

Awful customer service. I ordered 2 sandwiches online, and when I got home, both sandwiches had the wrong bread, and this location clearly skimps on ingredients because both sandwiches barely had anything in them. I even paid $1.50 extra for 50% more tuna, and that was clearly money wasted because there was barely any tuna. I'm never ordering from this location again.

just ordered online pickup from here and its somehow the worst subway sandwich ive gotten. I usually love subway but this sandwhich was poorly done its missing ingredients and they gave me the wrong chips without asking for a different substitute if they were out of the ones i ordered. Both sandwiches were smashed by the sodas they put ON TOP of my sandwich. how do u mess up a sandwich?
