I said no peppers and no onions. I got more peppers and onions on this damn sandwich then I got of meat cheese or any other vegetable. Should have just gave the Enployee the sandwich back and tell them to throw it away. Because that's what we end up doing once we got home. Some people cannot eat certain things so listen to them when they say no on a specific topping. What a waste of money. Next time I'll save myself the stress and just throw my money in the garbage can. Don't even waste my time and going into the store.

I ordered food today 31st October and they gave me wrong order seems like someone's order they gave it to me when I took it home it has meat and bacon which I didn't order both sandwiches were wrong and I spoke to a lady over phone she said I will remake it but my manager us not here he will back in 30 minutes but she didn't say to bring back sandwiches with you then she hung up my phone I went back and then so called guy he said I am manager where is your wrong sandwiches I said lady didn't tell me to bring it back he said yes she told I was here that time I said No she didn't say anything she hung up and by the way she said manager is not here he will come back in 30 minutes now you're saying you were here he were lying he argued to me very rudely and I left with no food I told him we are allergic to pork we can't eat but he is keeping saying no you need to bring back those sandwiches in order to get your new one then I got them from home and he still argued and rude to my husband then my husband asked for refund he said no I can't give you refund only You can get sandwiches and your sandwiches are already being Made I said you told me to bring back first then you will remake why did you started making without me. He said leave my store right now he was not giving me his name he was very unprofessional so called General Manager who has no ethics. No respect for customers, very disrespectful white skinny guy. I don't know how he became General Manager. Plz consider to fire him. And i told him I am 6 mile away from this location he said why did you order from that far that was not his problem I was picking my kids from school n this location was the nearest one so i ordered here. He asked very stupid question. Plz if you see my review plzz fire this General Manager. I will never go back to this location ever.

Me and my daughter love coming to Subway. We have came back multiple times to this West Valley location. Cj has made our sandwiches a few times. They are delicious 🤤 every time. He lets my daughter order her own sandwich and it makes her feel sOo special. Cj has great customer service skills. And very personable. We will be back for sure!!!
