It's so crazy to me that don't get me wrong I usually love subway way more than Jimmy John's. But when subway messes uo your delivery order not only will they not get it to you admit that they didn't fully look at the the order a see I paid for the 8 dollar cookie but they also won't refund you your money when they admit it's wrong on their end. And tells me to go in and get the cookie if I had a way to go in and get the food don't you think I would of done that instead of delivery fee and tipping process? But I'm not mad that I didn't get the cookie just that it was for my kids and I can't even get a refund for their mess up. Jimmy John's is a lot more easy to through and when they mess up go the extra unnecessary but most great full length to make it up to you.

In one word terrifying. I had three people with me (all women) and he made us so uncomfortable. He kept getting mad at us and then making uncomfortable jokes and then adding an unreasonable amount of meat on the sandwich. He got mad at my girlfriend for not wanting sauce and made her feel unsafe. He was training a kid who looked like he was stressed and uncomfortable with the man as well. I didn’t get his name but he has a beard and he’s an older dude with brown hair. I don’t think I’ll ever go to subway again. ): very sad

honestly the 4 or 5 flies flying around really grossed me out lmao customer service was fine for the most part but the cleanliness of the store was shocking..

I made a mistake with the bread, I told the employee that it was another bread, she got so angry that she took the bread and threw it with such anger, that I preferred to leave

Really disappointed, paid for extra meat and cheese on both my sandwiches and didn't get it, asked for light mustard and extra mayo my sandwich is smothered in mustard and not edible. Requested salt pepper and parm, Subcrunch all that is missing missing tomato's as well.. On my 2nd sandwich for the roommate he wanted honey mustard regular amount and his is also smothered in regular mustard and missing multiple ingredients requested. We placed an online order and I double checked to make sure our saved choices on the app were correct. Super upsetting we just spent $25 to not even be able to eat tonight due to the mustard bath on our food. I've been coming to this location for over 12 years and this is by far the worst experience I've had in my time going there.
