So i placed an order on 3/31/2024 at 11:30 p.m., and I got the email stating that it would be ready for pickup at 12:02. I got there @11:50p.m yet the store was closed. Subway HAD 3 OTHER CARS WAITING FOR THERE ORDER, not including me. When i walked up and knocked at the door. I saw 2 males in the back talking and just joking around. So i called, as i was in the parking lot, and a worker told me they were close and to leave my name and number for the manager to call the next day.... NO CALL. I've called every day asking for the manager, yet I get the "they are not there right now and to leave my name and number....." I should also add that by the time I drove off without food. 4 more cars pulled up to waiting for their orders. This store is not as good as it used to be. Used to have really good customer service, but now it doesn't it's like they don't care for the job they applied for and got hired to do.
