We walked in and they totally ignored us. We said hello and no one looked at us. We are Latinos and we felt super discriminated against. There was a fat man, and the girl who prepared the food simply didn't want to serve us. When we left the place upset, he started laughing. You can see the evil! WORTHY PLACE.

COCKRAOCH So disappointed at this we went in to get the family food and spent a good 20 minutes ordering and as we were about to check out right on the counter next to the food out crawled a cockroach 🪳 immediately lost our appetite and had to leave I will never be back absolutely disappointed 😔

I’m not one to write reviews, but this needs some serious attention. I had a very disappointing experience at Subway today due to an unprofessional employee. I can't put a name to him since he wasn’t wearing a name tag, but he was the only male employee on-site with long hair.

While ordering a sandwich for my daughter, the employee told me how much mayonnaise I should put on her sandwich, even though I clearly knew it was too much. Unfortunately, it ended up being inedible, and I had to throw the sandwich away because my daughter wouldn't eat it.

To make matters worse, the employee kept bad-mouthing about his wages, saying he was planning to quit, and mentioned that he had just woken up and wasn’t ready to work. This level of unprofessionalism completely ruined the overall experience.

I expect better customer service and professionalism from Subway employees. This was a waste of money and an unpleasant experience. I will definitely not be returning to this location anytime soon.

I usually enjoy subway on occasion but today was the worst experience I’ve had with an employee at subway. I don’t know his name, but his name tag said “three way”. I felt very uncomfortable with the way he conversed with me and how he kept making small remarks about my sandwich. I have a quite a bit of allergies, so I know my sandwich has to be bland. The one thing I love on my sandwich is extra olives since it’s the only flavorful thing I can eat, but the second I asked for some he made a nasty face and said something negative about people who like them on their sandwich and gave me the smallest amount, I felt uncomfortable asking for anymore and cut my sandwich order short. He even joked about hiding jalapeños in my sandwich because it was bland. I’m allergic to capsaicin, so if he actually did that I would be in a lot of trouble.
Please consider talking to this employee.

This place is going from bad to worse, there is a person there who provides terrible service, ordering online is the worst idea, you order one thing and they send you something totally different. Now the sandwiches are smaller and more expensive.

No wonder subway can't compete with jersey mikes. All veggies were dry. bread was stale. Service needed help understanding basic instructions like "extra vinegar &oil"... I threw away half the sandwich and I'll never eat at subway again. It's like that cheating ex, she'll never change and just not worth it anymore...

Stood outside waiting for your employees to open the door cause it was 8:40 but it was locked and the servers just looked at me and kept working. Could atleast say they are closed or something so I’m not just standing there

terrible service waited for 10minutes till she mopped around then I could barely hear her speak she was so quiet 0 eye contact my bread wasn’t toasted while I asked for it to be I was waiting for her to make another sandwich while mine was done and only needed to check me out and nobody was in the store

Aroha makes my experience 10/10 every time. She is friendly and has an incredible memory. After the 2nd or 3rd time I came in she had my order memorized and even if she doesn’t make the sandwich, she makes sure they know exactly how I like it. I will wait to get lunch until I’m close to home just to come to this location.
