I put in a mobile order and showed up when it told me to, they hadn’t even started my order, he told me it was almost done so I waited. I didn’t think i’d be waiting for 15 minutes. They didn’t know how to make a salad as they just threw it in a bowl, as well as forgot all of our ingredients for our 2 sandwich’s. Didnt listen to a thing. Even paid extra and tipped them. Stay away from this subway, they’ll waste your time and your money. Do better.

Not sure what is happening to this place, either they lower their toaster time or they don't know how to use the oven, the tables were dirty and the employees touch and use the register with the same gloves they make the sandwiches, very unhygienic.
I came to this location and ordered 2 foot longs to start, when I asked for it to be toasted it was just warmed up not crunchy at all, then the employee started inputting all the items in the register with the same gloves he was making the order, and to top it off the tables that were open were dirty with crumbs all over,
With all that they still have the nerve to ask for a tip at the register. They should be doing their job first before asking to get a tip on a self-serve establishment, making the food is part of their wages.

The staff there is absolutely AMAZING!! Tiana and Mazie had the best customer service. They were so nice and welcoming. I have never experienced such great service at any fast food location before. They deserve kudos for this excellent service!!

I haven't had Subway in about a decade. They no longer have buffalo chicken or spicy mustard, which is sad. Their soda was flat and they had no iced tea made. Frankly, I would've gone somewhere else, but I spent so long in line, that I didn't have the time.

My mother and I went to this subway location last Sunday the 16 of March and we went back again today and luckily the same employee LUSHEN MEZA was there ! Both times the sandwiches were made the way you would expect every subway employee to hold up to as a standard. But I don't think I ever had a subway sandwich made up to his standards!! LUSHEN MEZA definitely deserves to be a manager of said location or a pay raise at the very least!! Would definitely recommend this subway location

We went in last Sunday March 16th and again today March 23rd. Both times was Lushan Meza. Awesome Customer Service. Super polite. Best made sandwich from him that we have experienced at Subway. He definitely deserves a raise.

We walked in and they totally ignored us. We said hello and no one looked at us. We are Latinos and we felt super discriminated against. There was a fat man, and the girl who prepared the food simply didn't want to serve us. When we left the place upset, he started laughing. You can see the evil! WORTHY PLACE.

COCKRAOCH So disappointed at this we went in to get the family food and spent a good 20 minutes ordering and as we were about to check out right on the counter next to the food out crawled a cockroach 🪳 immediately lost our appetite and had to leave I will never be back absolutely disappointed 😔

I’m not one to write reviews, but this needs some serious attention. I had a very disappointing experience at Subway today due to an unprofessional employee. I can't put a name to him since he wasn’t wearing a name tag, but he was the only male employee on-site with long hair.

While ordering a sandwich for my daughter, the employee told me how much mayonnaise I should put on her sandwich, even though I clearly knew it was too much. Unfortunately, it ended up being inedible, and I had to throw the sandwich away because my daughter wouldn't eat it.

To make matters worse, the employee kept bad-mouthing about his wages, saying he was planning to quit, and mentioned that he had just woken up and wasn’t ready to work. This level of unprofessionalism completely ruined the overall experience.

I expect better customer service and professionalism from Subway employees. This was a waste of money and an unpleasant experience. I will definitely not be returning to this location anytime soon.

I usually enjoy subway on occasion but today was the worst experience I’ve had with an employee at subway. I don’t know his name, but his name tag said “three way”. I felt very uncomfortable with the way he conversed with me and how he kept making small remarks about my sandwich. I have a quite a bit of allergies, so I know my sandwich has to be bland. The one thing I love on my sandwich is extra olives since it’s the only flavorful thing I can eat, but the second I asked for some he made a nasty face and said something negative about people who like them on their sandwich and gave me the smallest amount, I felt uncomfortable asking for anymore and cut my sandwich order short. He even joked about hiding jalapeños in my sandwich because it was bland. I’m allergic to capsaicin, so if he actually did that I would be in a lot of trouble.
Please consider talking to this employee.

This place is going from bad to worse, there is a person there who provides terrible service, ordering online is the worst idea, you order one thing and they send you something totally different. Now the sandwiches are smaller and more expensive.
