Didn't receive 1 of our sandwiches and when we called they told us to go pick it up since they forgot to make it. We ordered delivery as the entire family is sick with flu. Then instead of a refund they said the manager could only approve a mailed coupon for the amount.Food that did arrive was awful. Super dry and the churro tasted like it was over a week old.Lost our business at this location!

I didn't like it. There were three attending to one who was American and two others who were Latin. I asked them if they spoke Spanish, they said no and the American with what difficulty helped them, very humble, the girl then became the one who supposedly didn't speak Spanish, spoke it perfectly, what courage with people do

Very disappointed. I don't want my money back or a different sandwich either. I just want to leave a comment and hopefully someone else don't get served like this. My mother and brother went here to get me a sandwich cause the one we normally go to is the one on 4100 south. But the Manger that we like was not there by this time that Manger was off. We had to go to this one and when I got my sandwich the bread was so hard. Feel the bread your severing if it hard don't serve it.simple as that.
Usually pretty good. The last few times going there, the bread isn’t as fresh as it usually is. It’s hard & cold.

Always get the best service here and enjoy how simple and easy it is to put my order in and be on my way. Staff is always patience and welcoming. I can choose to eat at the one near my house but had a bad experience and will drive to this one every time I want a fresh sandwich.
