Ana was so rude from the get go. Talking 100 miles per hour you can’t even remember what you’re ordering. I constantly felt rushed and like a bother it was a total of i kid you not 1 second of me ordering that I got up to the front and I told her please no onions and she said she would have to charge me since they already made it 😐. You made it in 5 seconds? Seems to me they just have burritos sitting there. So I just paid and left. I’m so disappointed and upset. Taco Bell should do new training because this is complete bull crap.

I've given Taco Bell more chances than I can count, but I always end up feeling let down. The food just doesn't hit the mark for me. I went through the drive-through and was the second one in line and felt rushed. The drive-through worker was mad if you asked for anything. The food was all wet when we opened it. The hard shell tacos tasted funny, and they didn't get our order right. I wouldn't recommend this location. I also didn't get a receipt.

Update: I've been back once or twice since, and the food was fresh, and they granted me many hot sauce packets. Enough to finish my meal! _____________________ The food is fine, I can't say that it was really warm, but it was slightly warmer than room temps. Service was also fairly fast, but they're sauce nazi's over there. I asked for 10 fire sauces, and they sent me off with 4 without saying that. The sauce is like 40% of the reason why I'd visit a Taco Bell in the 1st place, lol. I can easily finish 1 packet in 3 bites, so I ended up having to ration it like a crackhead.

We went through the drive through today 5/31/25 @10pm ordered TWO(2) number 8s, the cashier rang us up for one and charged us all these crazy extras for things that are INCLUDED in a Number 8 (supreme) and only gave us three tacos. We went right back inside and he argued that sourcreme is extra, meat is extra, and would only speak Spanish. Made us pay another $10 for three more tacos. Learn your menu!!! This is highway robbery. The meat is also cold.

The food was just okay; it was soggy, and nothing came as ordered. It’s gotten outrageously expensive to leave here feeling full, especially considering there’s no one even working the counter anymore.
The worker in the drive through was terrible, it was around 10:08 one other person behind. After we order she was very rude and when the food was given, she basically threw it at us. Only come here if you want someone to THROW FOOD at you.

I ordered 2 supreme luxe boxes and was asked if I wanted sour cream on an item that's supposed to come with it anyways I worked at taco bell for a while and supreme meals are supposed to come with sour cream they charged me extra for each item that got sour cream. Also asked to switch the hardshell tacos with soft shell and lo and behold I got hardshell tacos even after telling the girl taking my order twice. My finances chalupa supreme was soggy and disgusting unedible. I'm not happy figure your shit out taco bell you've lost me as a customer.
