I placed my order at the kiosk and waited over 5 minutes for someone to come accept the cash. When they finally did (around 10 minutes of me standing there saying hello, I finally asked the loomis guy that was walking in the back to get their attention for me, they still ignored at that time) Service was absolutely a nightmare!

I called saying there was no spicy ranch in my cup with a delivery order the assistant manager on shift was way rude stating we portion it out to one oz... brother i work in a restaurant this isn't one ounce. I received the wrong order and received bad customer service.. yall need to do better

Honestly the only problem is the fact they have no cash drawer...so don't expect to be able to pay cash, it's card only in store and drive thru. Personally I find this absolutely ridiculous. Just wanted a burrito off the value menu for $2...guess not. Even if I had money on my card the machine charges more for using a card and even then...why pay $2 for something on a card? Just use cash 🤨

Very impersonal experience. Nobody greets you. If you stand at the counter, nobody acknowledges you.
I guess they only want people to order with the kiosk. There was no physical receipt option. Only text or email.
Then they call your name, hand off the food, and quickly turn away.
The food was as expected, and the store was clean inside.

Horrible experience.I ordered a seven dollar box. When I got to the window.I said I ordered a $7 box.Why is it $9.31?
He said we charge extra for chicken OK.Well why wasnt I inform of that? He then hollered to the back she wants ground beef. The loud mouth woman in the back yells back You have got to be kidding me. I then drove away. The gentleman at the window that helped me was great.It was the loudmouth woman in the back That needs to hereprimanded. I was A regular customer but will no longer go back to the west valley location on 3500s by vasa fitness.

I'm kinda fed up with corporations pushing more and more to eliminate service. I'm forced to order at the kiosk even though I have to pay cash. So I select the cash option and it takes more than 5 minutes to get someone to take my cash. Not only that but they had to pull someone off the cooking line to help me. Congesting the drive through and lobby food service even further. It's completely stupid. It was so inconvenient to come here with cash that I just won't be coming back at all. After coming here for over what, 20 years? I'm done.
