***Service suffers****We ordered the beef empanadas, and we're told sorry they only have chicken. We decided to get the chicken since that was all they had. Now, the fun part that it took probably 30 mins to get 4 of them made while we waited. As we waited, you could see that the condiments were dirty and the tables were dirty. They had one pregnant lady working the front who did not speak any English. I saw 2 other guys come up front from the back. It appears to me they do not have the resources to be efficient and effective. Upon getting the food, it tasted pretty good, but I'm not sure these small empanadas are worth $5 each for chicken based.... I will not be in a hurry to go back anytime soon unless I have an extra half hour to wait for 4 empanadas and don't want any sauce with them... good luck, you have been warned!!!!

Very bad experience, super bad service, breakfast empanada and super thick, burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, the cheese one was worse, I really don't recommend it, apart from super dirty

I recently went and they didn't have tequeños or tequeyoyo or coffee:/ but the person who served us was super friendly and considerate

Very good recommended food

There is no coffee, there is no snack, there are no other drinks. Third time I come and third time it disappoints me. I don't recommend it.

Empanadas are 50% meat and 50% air.

We returned after a year to eat here to see if this had improved and we had another bad experience with the food!
We ordered a ripe Patacon with shredded meat, the BANANA WAS HARDER THAN ANYTHING, I COULD NOT BREAK IT WITH THE KNIFE AND IT ALMOST THROWED MY TEETH OUT!
The banana was not ripe, it did not have the flavor of a ripe banana..
Bad customer service
The music is too loud that it is not at all pleasant to arrive at a place to eat with the music that bursts your ears and you cannot even talk comfortably, to order you have to shout so that they can hear you!
Honestly I will not return to this place again, I thought they took the time to improve customer complaints!

They brought us a Pepito and the Bread was Moldy! Their customer service is terrible, there is no attention, the cheese empanada, the cheese was unmelted and cold, the atmosphere was ugly, dirty tables, etc.. Whoever has a store should serve it or else sell it.

The partying Tequeños are not like the ones you see in your posts. Some nails and very salty. $136 Lost! It will be my turn to make Los tequeños for the next party.

WHERE DO I START, THE BAD SMELL, THE BAD HYGIENE IN EVERY AREA THAT CAN BE OBSERVED, I DON'T WANT TO IMAGINE THE KITCHEN, THE DIRTY BATHROOM AND WITHOUT HAND DRYING PAPER, WALLS WITH DIRTY SPLASHED ON THE DOOR AND WALLS, THE CARE, THE FRIENDLY CASHIER, BUT THE WAITING TIME IRRATIONALLY LONG, FOR A PEPITO, A BURGER, 5 CAKES AND TWO FRESCOLITAS, ALSO WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE WAITING IN THE PLACE, THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD WAS FAR FROM WHAT REPRESENTS OUR VENEZUELAN CUISINE, AND THE RESPONSES THAT I SEE IN THE COMMENTS THEY MAKE HERE ARE FROM A PERSON WHO CARE LITTLE ABOUT THE OPINION OF THEIR DINNERS AND THE PROJECTION OF THEIR BUSINESS BECAUSE IF THEY CONTINUE LIKE THIS THEY WILL GO FROM BAD TO WORSE, SO THAT CUT AND PASTE THAT THEY GIVE AS RESPONSES TO THE VARIOUS OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT THAT WE MAKE THROUGH THE OPINIONS OF THOSE WHO VISIT THEM, REALLY SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT. Oh my goodness! My wife and daughter had the extreme pleasure of finding this place by accident! My wife says she feels like she never knew a hot dog could be this good! The food was fantastic! The atmosphere was family friendly and the service wonderful! Even though we don't speak Spanish they still made sure we knew what we were getting. Loved this and we will definitely be back! Well after we finally finish this round off!
