My wife and I enjoy this restaurant a lot... to the point we're somewhat regulars. Every server we've had has been excellent, and we wouldn't keep coming back if the food didn't merit a return! We visit at least once a month. As with any restaurant, some days they are busier and a bit slower (to be expected with more customers to serve). Also, the servers and cooks are only human - an occasional forgotten drink or slightly incorrect food order, but always handled with great care for the customer. I would highly recommend this location, not only for the food but also the fantastic customer service and welcoming environment.

We wondered why there was hardly anyone in the restaurant on a Sunday evening at 6:30 and by the time we left we knew why. Food took forever to be cooked and broccoli had to be cooked again. Baked potato skins and now frozen and not fresh so they were left behind on our plate. Kids spaghetti just tomato sauce no tasty marinara sauce. Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta best way to describe this is remember the Wendy's commercial back in the 80's when the old lady says wheres the beef I said wheres the shrimp and chicken no shortage of pasta.

I have given this location so many tries to get it right. Every time I come here it's a ridiculous wait. Doesn't matter if it's busy or not.. the service is always slow. I came today during lunch and sat for 45 minutes for a soup and salad. Eventually we just left. It took my whole lunchtime of waiting to get nothing. I do not recommend this location if you are in any kind of schedule, if your hungry, or have expectations of service.

Our food was very good, the loaded potato fries are the best but the drinks are pretty pricey! The service was great as well, we'll definitely be back! I'm sad they closed the Sandy location they need to open more locations :)

I originally gave this 2 stars because they messed up my order, but after talking to the manager Nicole she was very pleasant and accommodating. She fixed the error right away. That's what I call customer service. Oh and the food is delicious here! Yum!

I went in to have a birthday dinner for for my mom, and the food took FOREVER to come out, and then once the food came out- it was good, but then we ordered dessert too and that took about the same amount of time (for 2 cold desserts and one warm one) my mother was frustrated with how long it took. I told the waitress that it was my moms birthday (hint hint- please sing to her-) but I guess I wasn't obvious enough. All in all not a horrible experience, since the dessert took so long, the waitress did get it removed from the check, so that was nice. I get that places get underataffed (it's rough for everyone) and I appreciate the waitress being so kind to remove the dessert from the bill. I may come around again to give you guys another shot.

Their To-Go customer service is horrible! I literally stood here for almost 20 minutes and not one person acknowledged that I was even standing here. They are clearly busy but the least they could do is acknowledge there is a person standing in their to-go area

Wasn't to happy about the side of onion rings my nephew ordered...3 onions rings and we paid $3.50 for it...

Not the best experience. Service was slow, watched Austin looking for things to do instead of checking on our table with other staff. Forgot multiple items throughout the night. One item he never rang in, onion rings for my 22 yr old daughter. Our check was wrong, over charged me a drink but removed it after I caught it. Steak was way over cooked for medium rare (both mine and my wife's). Shrimp with both our meals had a funny taste. Manager was nice when seating us but never checked to see if we were having issues. Not impressed enough to drive from Riverton to West Valley. Rather had gone to a different place when all was done. Still tipped him well. Hoping he was new and the manager was busy with the kitchen fire that over cooked our steaks.

I stopped while traveling thru and it was the last night of the $12.99 rib special they were the best I've had at any TGI Friday's. My only advice is if your going to eat don't sit at the bar it had to be the worst service I've had. I do like the decor of all the TGI Friday's they all have the little astronaut somewhere in the restaurant. Also join there club so you get free chips and salsa there really good.

Hosts and servers were kind, thoughtful, and helpful. We had a bit of a wait for our food, maybe because they got busy right after we arrived. The food was good!
