Im REALLY DISAPPOINTED...? I just Google Searched "Grilled Cheese Sandwiches near me" & this "THRILLED CHEESE" came up that I had never heard of (apparently its really iHop...or just located INSIDE of the iHop) ???I didnt realize that until I looked at my order & was in shock that a company would even take the time to deliver product that looked like that... to a customer. I went for the receipt to get the phone number off it & not only was there no contact number, but it said IHOP on it??? (A lil confusing) ?Anyways...the pictures of the food on Google looked really FABULOUS, like it was good portions, meaty, & made w/quality. This was S? N?T THE CASE. In fact my hubby is in the kitchen now, trying to make something OUT OF IT & add our own stuff to it! The lady with the other Google Review (cuz there is only 2 reviews) was right, make it yourself!My bacon fries were ALSO undercooked, not soggy...but VERY BLAND...NO FLAVOR (Along with NO CHEESE OR BACON hardly at all & only a tiny bit on top!) But they were only $7 (I could have gone to 5guys and at least ended up w/a BUNCH OF GOOD HOT FRESH FRIES!)But it was the $12.50 BURGER on a Hoagie called the "GRATER" that made me ever so dissappointed in mankind. It was not GRATER than anything! NO FLAVOR OR SEASONING ON BURGER...very BLAND, w/onions mushrooms & some kind of sauce...w/no flavor!Im so GLAD I HAD A $10 Coupon Code from the refer a friend...which I will NEVER REFER SOMEONE TO THIS THRILLER CHEESE (AKA IHOP) EVER!It was $20 ($19 n change) w/out coupon, that would have really made me upset!Im not EVEN SURE...if the food was free & no charge...that i would even waste my gas or time or energy goin to PICK UP the food for no charge, thats how upset I am. (And still hungry) ?Im glad I have this salad from 7-11 infront of me cuz it looks like thats what ill be eating instead! ?So I had to come back to Google to see who do I contact & whats their number, cuz its not on the receipt??? ?So I seen 2 reviews & one is a 2/5...and I give it 1 star... because there is no choice of zero "0" stars.Sincerely...One UNHAPPY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER...OR CUSTOMER "NO MORE!"Ok...so I came back in here to edit this review, cuz I fekt like I was a lil upset n somewhat harsh. I ordered thrilled cheese for the first time ever this morning through delivery. It was actually warm when it arrived which was nice. I ordered their bacon queso fries, classic grilled cheese, mozzarella sticks, and iced tea/lemonade.Packaging looked good but one of my drinks was wrong. I ended up getting regular lemonade rather than lemonade iced tea so that was disappointing -_- good thing I'm not really a picky eater.Unfortunately, none of the food tasted good. Literally, it was akin to gas station quality taquitos or hot dog that has been sitting on a warmer for a while.The cheese in both the grilled cheese and mozz sticks were congealed even though they were still hot. The french fries were undercooked/soggy and the queso was bland. The lemonade was OK but cmon it is hard to mess up lemonade and that really shouldn't be the only thing that was decent.Overall I recommend getting some lemons, bread, cheese at the grocery store and making all these items on your own. Would be worth the time for how overpriced this is. Not trying to hate but this was just genuinely meh and I can't recommend it.Wouldn't try again.
