wait why is this spot get so many bad review? my experience here was amazing from the customer service to the quality of the food. This is going to be my go to spot for any teriyaki and boba. Cant go wrong with Tokyo City. ?

I’ve been here a couple of times and the customer service I get is not great. I don’t know if they have the same person taking orders up front but she comes off very rude.I went in today because they advertised the menu on their Instagram and was interested in ordering from there for tonight. Was told that most of the menu was not available ?? And they were not really apologetic about it so I left. Not going back.

Its a cozy little joint. The owners have been very friendly with me and my friends and I appreciate it. The food is good, their eggrolls in particular are top notch and their chicken teriyaki is great ?I also do like getting a melon boba as well.Give your local restaurant support!

Got the combination pho noodle soup twice now and I will for ever be in love with this place. Bobas pretty dang good. Unfortunately they were out the second time I went
Visiting from out of town and was convinced by the reviews saying this was the best pho they had ever had….and to that I say, you need to get out more lol I’ve had pho all over this country and this would be the absolute last on the list I would recommend.I’ve never seen rice noodles like those served….and the ribeye pieces were massive and very chewy and had an odd aftertaste.The tempura shrimp and cream cheese wontons were decent, but nothing I’d return for.Staff was friendly and welcoming but I’d say hard pass on the food.
