Waffle Love - West Valley

Very underrated. 3.5 stars? Should be 5 stars. I don’t live around the SLC area but frequently pass through for work. The Chicken Avocado Tartine is so darn good that I’m effectively addicted to it. I make it a point to stop here at least once to get my fix every time I’m in town. I appreciate that they’re open all day

Parking: Ample parking for vehicles of all sizes. Empty lot within eyeshot, next to JC Penney, which can fit real big trucks and trailers

Spent $30 for 2 sandwiches and drinks. Croissant waffle was flavorless, while the sausage had a soap after taste. First thing you see when you walk in is the garbage can next to the door, covered in dusty crumbs soda and syrup. Not again

now that nick (the only reason i originally came to waffle love) is gone. i find myself reevaluating my relationship with the belgian waffle joint. it is still a weekly haunt for me, but the atmosphere is just off. like they have these really cringy millenial-esque memes on the walls from popular sitcoms. and like you never know if your waffle is going to be satisfactory or made with love. the workers are great, but nothing beats a 14 year old manning the place alone and serving up some killer waffles. in conclusion, time keeps ticking, waffle love changes and we must embrace that change.

How are you guys still in business? The incompetence and poor service of your employees on 7/18 at 11:50 a.m. is just unbelievable. We are the only customers in the restaurant and the kid literally forgot to make my food, until I went and asked what was going on he remembered and had to look for my order on the screen.

Pulled in at 9:50pm and the store was closed already despite the store “open” sign still lit up. The lady was already cleaning up, looked right at us with her air pods in, and looked away. Unprofessional and waste of our time to drive here.

I was disappointed by the attention I received from the girl. I feel like she served us just to do her job. She put Nutella on our waffle as if she was thinking about something else and made us the entire glass of Nutella. I love waffles from waffle love but now I don't know whether to go back not even my child, who is a child who normally likes chocolate, finished eating it and said his stomach would hurt because of the amount of chocolate he had

The Banana Cream Pie is delicious and not too sweet. It’s literally my favorite since first time trying. The decoration is simple, but appetizing. The atmosphere is cozy and overall really pretty. The staff member who took my order was nice and friendly. I don’t understand why the rating is only that much.
I’m super shocked because why it’s not as crowded as it deserves to be?

I have eaten here a few times. Most of the time I do takeout. It is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the waffles are delicious. This time around, my waffles came completely burnt and dry. This was not a good experience and each time I have been in, the workers honestly don’t care to even look at you. Not sure if I will be back because when they are on their game, they are delicious. But when they are off, they are really really off.

Always love eating here! Tasty, healthy choices. We were trying to get into waffle love across the place but they closed 15 min early and we ran into Zupas 3 min before it was going to close. And the staff was super sweet and still let us in especially Monica and another girl with glasses (I forgot her name lol).

The lady at the counter kept on going to the back to make tiktok’s. my food took more than 30 minutes because she wasn’t even making them. Nobody was even at the counter, i stood there for 10 mins waiting for someone to attend me.

Very ☹️ discussed. The presentation was awful. A waffle cut in half with a very well done greasy egg and bacon with cheese slapped on it. Is a joke for $12.00 ?. We went to the one in American Fork, Utah. Never again. It's a shame to have this.place in such a beautiful town. Thank you.
