I very much wish I could make this a 5 star review, I really do. In my opinion, the associates there really do want to help all of the customers; they just seem overwhelmed with the extreme volume of customers passing through there hourly. I believe we can cut them some slack, as they mostly all try their best. That said, I believe they too could do more to be understanding of the customers needs, concerns, frustration. You cannot expect the checkout process to be less than 25 minutes— ever. And if you need the money services counter, plan on more than an hour on most days. Patience is a virtue folks, and a long wait will never give you the right to act like jerks. All-in-all, I see a store with associates who try their best to serve an overwhelming amount of customers— all of which are already seemingly frustrated to be at Walmart. Because of these things, the associates and customers aren’t always seeing eye-to-eye with one another.

We were in and out with what we needed, cold medicine, cough drops, and tea. The lines were not long at all.

Walmart is Walmart. You pick up your items and you wait on yourself. And you also check yourself out. No need for employees ??
I always shop at Walmart, since their prices are affordable compared to other food stores, although it is worth noting that the increase in food prices has increased, and I still prefer Walmart

Do not go here for tires. I set an appointment, for specific tires which I was told were in stock repeatedly. They denied my appointment when I showed up and denied the tires. Agreed to pay for more expensive tires and they said I'd be next after the cars they put in the bays and they lied and kept putting other cars before me. Waited over 3 hrs and they still hadn't gotten to my car when I was told again and again they were just getting to mine. The inside person has no idea what's going on in the bays and no one talks to each other. They do whatever is easiest and ignore other people. it's a waste of time.

Money service never available because they do not have people to help but a lot of employee standing and the manager of the floor donot have control over it , plus is always closed before time .
