I stopped and got breakfast on my way to work and the chicken on my sandwich was hard a a rock and I ordered some of the potatoes they had a burnt taste to them.

This place is trash I don't understand how they can be completely dead but always take an hour just to get you your food and say they're are backed up ??? When the parking lot is empty this is ridiculous why can't they be like every other fast food restaurant

Apparently a son of a baconator combo and a nugget combo with ketchup for the fries is too advanced of an order for the well educated gentleman running this drive-thru window to comprehend. Fries were ice cold burger patty cold no bacon chicken nuggets were fine but seriously they can't handle two basic combos with literally no modifications God forbid someone ask for any sort of special order it might send the whole crew to therapy to sort out the stress.

I love the food at this place, but the last 2 times I've used a deal on the app.They've scanned the QR Code.I didn't get my receipt and I noticed a day later.I didn't get the deal.I came back both times and both times they told me there's nothing they can do about it?

I waited about 5 min before the cashier acknowledged me, and then I waited for another 5 min for the cashier to take my order. I am not sure what took so long for anybody to take my order when there were only 3 ppl in the lobby and 2 cars in the drive-thru. Then, one of my hamburgers was wrong. The buns were literally cold, and the fries were too. I told the cashier about the mistake and he replaced it, it only took about a min. There were 5 ppl in the kitchen, the cashier, and 2 more ppl in charge. One of their employees (a female) was making an inappropriate video in front of the restaurant, sticking her tongue out and making hand gestures... Overall, it was a horrible experience. I also noticed that one of the 3 other customers had his order wrong. I want to assume that their employees were new, but how hard is it to make a hamburger??!
Oh my. Talk about shrinkflation. I bought for my wife and I a couple of frosty Jr's. Talk about miniatures of the real McCoy. I guess it's been a looooong time since we last purchased these and it's gonna be even a loooooonger time before we buy them again.

They forgot the nuggets we paid for. I forgot to check the bag fully before we left. It was a decent sized order for multiple people, so I get that mistakes happen. I was really hungry, it was a long day, & we'd already gotten to the other side of the valley before I realized what happened because I made sure everyone else got their food first. Always check the bags fully before driving away. Humans make mistakes sometimes.
