I don’t know who was working but the guy gave us the best service we ever had in a fast food restaurant during midnight. Give that man a beer, a cookie, a palm in the back, and a raise

Edit: Just came to get some food and got told that the jr frosty when purchased with a key tag is $1.99. I looked at the key tag and read, one free jr frosty with purchase. The employee tells me no. Like what the hell? It says it's free! It's a charge she says, well then apply the discount for it! I've worked here for 10 years and it's never been free. Umm no. Key tags have been one free frosty since they came out. Get your employees trained right, Wendy's! I did not get the Frosty...

Very disappointed with their service. This is about the restaurant on 3367 S 5600 W, West Valley. One burger was missing from my order and I didn't notice until I got home. Driving back would take too long so I decided to call them to resolve this. I wasted about 20 mins making 18 calls but they never answered. So I ended up paying about $13 for a small soda.

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Bathrooms stunk to high hell. And special requests happen cause allergies exist. When we ask for special requests, because our bodies can't tolerate what you're trying to hand us, and you give it to us anyway, guess who just flushed money and is still hungry with no food. Do better, sometimes people don't check before they bite in.

This place SUCKED. .. was in the area and needed fast food. Not big on this fast food thing .. sandwich sucked . Looked like my truck ran it over then they served it to me ... nothing like the advertising signs... fries sucked .. drink sucked .. will never come back to this place 😒

I’d rate negative stars if I could Multiple times I have waited over 20 minutes in their drive through line for my mobile orders so i started doing carry out instead and on February 2nd 2025 I had to wait again over 20 minutes in their drive through line because they had all their doors lock at 1pm
Bad service!!! It took me 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged or took my order. I can understand if you’re busy but I counted 10 cars that were helped in drive thru before I was helped out? Second when I got me Dave’s double I was given a single but before I took it back I had taken out the lettuce and onion. The employee walked to the side told the manager and she wrapped it up again and turned around and gave it to the lady sitting across from me that had ordered a single!! I have never seen a restaurant turn around and serve a food item that another customer has physically touched with their hands and give it back out!! Is this what Wendy’s does is if the wrong item is returned you turn around and give it to another customer!!? I feel unsafe going to Wendy’s if this is their policy very unhygienic and unsanitary is this a code the health department would approve of?

For 45.00 I didn’t get what I ordered sloppy burger ordered bacon classic was just a single no bacon. Kids meal it wasn’t in a kids meal bag which was fine but it was missing the kids fries.

Classic Chicken sandwich sucked big time dry over cooked for the price not worth it also burger patties were dry fries were small pieces like the bottom left overs and need to train cashier better messed up my bill now I have to wait for refund 5-7 days for something they messed up .
