Took forever. 4 or 5 DoorDashers waiting, too. Not 100%, but it sounded like the scheduler didn't schedule enough people for the dinner rush. Manager-on-duty seemed to think it was on purpose.

Just came through the drive thru to pick up our order and the girl at the window was wearing a red shirt didn't even look or acknowledge us just opened the window and started handing us drinks didn't even ask if we needed a cup holder or anything then when we asked very nicely for one she got pissed and rolled her eyes and grabbed one then told us to pull forward to wait on the food then not even 3 mins later they brought out but still missing a drink so had to go into the store just to get a drink like come on! Don't recommend coming here late at night. Not worth it.

Beware of this teenage run store. You won't get good customer service. Quality of fries is HORRIBLE. I think they make the fries early in the morning and sell them throughout the day. At least that's what it taste like. Oh, and take a look at these photos. They giving away saltines crackers that have the expiration date stamped on the cracker itself and not the plastic around the cracker

I ordered the taco salad was surprised when I handed me a bowl of chili and told me that was the meat for my taco salad to me that's not a taco salad that's a chili salad identity dump it all on the salad I only got part of it which I was thankful for cuz I finished the bowl of chili and I threw away the rest of the salad

I swear this is the worst Wendy's location. Every time I order here they make me drive forward and wait at least 10 to 15 minutes for food. I even told them, please don't forget anything because every time you make me pull forward and wait they always forget to put food in the bag. They said they promised they will get it all. Of course they brought it out, I checked the bag and they forgot a couple things. I went inside and told them and they didn't believe me. They asked for the receipt and they never gave me one. They had to go check their previous orders and there it was, they saw the missing items i paid for. Then they said I probably just took it out of the bag and left it in the car. I've finally had it with them and never going to another Wendy's location again.

When I went back in to ask for syrup they gave me a broken leaking one and when I asked for another one the lady started to roll her eyes and talk shit to the other worker and only gave me one…

Went there for dinner at drive thru...ordered a potato...didn't get sour cream. Ordered a meal...forgot straws and the French fries. This, after making me pull up to the door, and NO ONE was behind me. Waited 15 minutes before I got my food, and they still forgot stuff!!😡😡😡😐😐😐😡😡😡

I ordered a bacon egg and crossaint sandwich. Got sausage no bacon. But don't worry, I had a long nasty thick curly hair in it. I'm completely disgusted and wasted my money.

"Fast" food shouldn't take more than 15 minutes with 4 employees unwilling to make eye contact when they leave items out of the bag. Wasn't even a busy night, but the staff left multiple items out of the order even after the long wait.

Everytime I come here the order is wrong. I go back into fix it and am looked at like I’m the problem. I got a biggie bag today and was missing fries (not the first time this has happened) I went back in and was asked for a receipt and that they needed to check my bag to make sure. I stated I was never given a receipt just my card taken at the window by a teenager with no words exchanged from the employee. Super poor work ethic, I know it’s Wendys but this is flat out just a lack of respect by the employees. Won’t be coming back
