I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes to place an order and to get it. I told them I wanted 3 extra sauces of both flavors I requested. Imagine to my surprise when I got my food, I thought I saw everything and asked if they added the extra sauces, and they told me it is 50 cents for each sauce, I told them I knew that, which is why I said something when I was ordering. Then after I got my kids from school I noticed their burgers were not in the bags. I called the store over and over for 20 minutes, with no answer, got to the location to see there is no one insure or outside, but they couldn't answer my call. Not a fan, this location has always gotten my order wrong.

It's pretty rough. The location is clean. The food is on par. The service team ain't having it, though. They're nice enough, just not in a hurry. I'm pretty sure they're accustomed to making pickup orders only. I waited with others. Some guy in the drive through left to go next door.

The ratte is low because I went to West Valley location and I was behind some cars in Drive thru when was my turn i was waiting for long time until I decided drive to the second window and ask a female employee what happened, she just told me...my boss told we're closed i ask the reason, she told me I don't know, I have to drive to another kind of restaurant, definitely bad experience

After the response I got when I informed them they forgot my drink there was no way I was going to let them replace the Baconator I order when they gave me a regular hamburger instead. They have no clue about taking responsibility for their errors. Manager even told me it was my fault I didnt get my drink. This place is a joke however, not a good one.

I ended up barfing up my classic beef burger within 2 hours of eating it and having dizziness in the shower followed by more puking. Food poisoning! 🥳
I had taken a few bites of my burger and felt disappointed in the quality but decided to finish it because I don’t like to waste food. The lettuce was soggy and someone blew a load of mayo in there.
The fact that there were 2 random teenage girls dressed in street clothes behind the counter and in the food area with hair down was not appropriate and a plain food handler violation.
I am betting the staff here don’t follow safe food practices and had something so negligently added tot the burger that my body thought I was being poisoned and called for a full evacuation. I haven’t puked due to food quality in over 10 years since I usually cook at home. Speaks to how terrible this location is with handling their food.

If I could give this Wendy's 1 star I would. They have twice forgotten my oatmeal bars. They are not cheap to buy. They forget my Caesar dressing. Everytime!! I let it go the first time this time, I tried to call. Nobody answered. It took 30 minutes to get my app order. There were people in line for 45min!! This is unacceptable!! I will NEVER go to Wendy's again and I suggest everyone else find a different one if you want a Wendy's that has good service.

Well the main thing I have probably is the same thing I have with every so-called fast food restaurant lately, they don't get yours right and they take forever. It causes much as going out to eat in a nice restaurant It takes as long to get your order but it's just a burger and fries.
I got one of the $5 meals. Went through the drive through and didn't have to wait.

Took forever. 4 or 5 DoorDashers waiting, too. Not 100%, but it sounded like the scheduler didn't schedule enough people for the dinner rush. Manager-on-duty seemed to think it was on purpose.

Just came through the drive thru to pick up our order and the girl at the window was wearing a red shirt didn't even look or acknowledge us just opened the window and started handing us drinks didn't even ask if we needed a cup holder or anything then when we asked very nicely for one she got pissed and rolled her eyes and grabbed one then told us to pull forward to wait on the food then not even 3 mins later they brought out but still missing a drink so had to go into the store just to get a drink like come on! Don't recommend coming here late at night. Not worth it.
