I ordered an Asiago chicken club combo. This is what I was given. I paid over $15 for this garbage that isn’t even edible. One bite and I couldn’t even bring myself to swallow it. The fries are burnt to a crisp but also saturated in what tastes like months old frying oil. There is no bacon, no Asiago and the cheap shredded lettuce is limp and bitter. The chicken is chewy and wet. This is inexcusable and needs to be brought to the higher ups. Don’t go to Wendy’s on 4700 S. in Taylorsville!

I went through drive-thru today and decided to pay it forward and pay for the next two meals behind me. No good deed goes unpunished for sure. Language barrier made this very difficult. The cashier and the so called manager on duty didn't speak English well. The manager dismissed the kind guy trying to explain What I was doing. Took way to long, and frustrating beyond belief.

I went through drive thru and was told to pull around and wait for my food. I ordered a chicken Asiago sandwich, instead they gave me 1 meat patty on bread. Not even ketchup...lol...this location has been messing up orders pretty bad this past year and I'll no longer return.

We went to this wendys at night after are night walk and to be honest I'm so disappointed in this place i have been coming here for yrs and yrs and today was the last you have ignorant workers that ignore their customers so we waited patiently in line for twenty mins to receive garbage food that we paid over 20 for it wasn't even worth 2 cents do better wendys do way better

Floor was very sticky. Cashier named Mariana didn’t listen when I said no cheese on my jr cheeseburger deluxe. Cashier didn’t make it a meal even though it was specifically stated. Also there was confusion on the pink lemonade we got. Glad we aren’t coming here again.

Love this Wendy's go here on my way to the day ccx are across the street. They always are quick and fast. They have very good hot food. And only made on little mistake in the past where they missed one fry and corrected when I went back to inform them. But my biggest thing is ok n person that helped me at Drive thru barely said a word other than a price. Stuck out the credit card machine. That's it handed me the bag that's it. No greeting or nothing. I guess I'm saying is lack of customer service.
Update: went in for breakfast and I was shocked in difference of service compared to drive thru. Much slower in person 😒

Just left here today very unsatisfied. First they have me pull on side to wait for double stack sandwiches. Which I never really had to do and im here once a week but they said need to make fresh burgers. Never heard that but I wait like 10 minutes late to my appointment. When I get to my appointment the burgers are pink pink :( I call and try to get refund but they said come back for a replacement. Can't leave my appointment to go back and get burgers I lost appetite on makes no sense. I am angry angry. Tiredness of wasted money on b.s. I need corporate to make it right or I'll keep on
