Had an absolute nightmare of an experience here. The employee handed us our food but said our fries are still being cooked, then proceeded to tell us to go to the south side of the building by the front door to wait for them . Well I guess we weren’t close enough to the door for the employee and he came out and yelled at us and said this isn’t where he told us to go. We will never come here again.

I overall did not have a great experience. The burgers patties had this weird chemical taste which overall ruined the entire taste of the burger. As for service the lady at the window was really rude and aggressive when handing out food.

This Wendy’s is hands down my favorite in all of UTAH! They are fast, courteous, and very nice! Everytime I come with a coupon and they accept it, I think I’m known as the “coupon guy” lol! If you’re in the area or it’s along your commute stop by and some delicious fresh food!
Parking: Located in a a strip mall, hundreds of parking spots!

I placed a mobile order and when I picked it up it was missing items. I went back to the drive thru window to let them know. They corrected it and gave me the items. It's annoying to not get all of your order but I do understand that things happen. They took care of it and were nice about it. I appreciate the lack of attitude by the staff, overall they were great!

Good food for fast food. Clean atmosphere and quiet. The woman whom took my order inside got it all down but, the woman making my order got it wrong like way wrong and it wasn't anything special (replace crispy chicken for spicy chicken) and put a beef patty on instead. Ordered Coke, and I should've been the one to get my drink since I ordered inside, and they have machines for inside paying and/or eating customers to grab our own drinks. But nope... oddly made mine and a diet coke rather than the coke I would've grabbed or should've been the one to grab. Then tomatoes were placed on when I asked for it to be removed. Lastly, I prepped my order as dine in when I was asked, then confirmed once more by the staff member placed my order, and I said, "to go please." I unfortunately chalk it up to either being lazy and/or not paying attention (fully).

Ordered one of the most expensive burgers, got the wrong burger that cost way less than what I ordered, so I lost a bit of money. As I took my order, they ignored my thank you's and hello's. They never told me my total or gave me a receipt. I have worked in customer service and I know there are bad days but there needs to be a change in staff to be more efficient and friendly.
Aydee is the best appreciate her professionalism and very great at her job have seen her at the drive thru window at other locations and always does a great job

Had a good experience here. We accidentally spilled a large drink. 🤦🏼♀️ They were very kind about it and got the mess taken care of quickly and provided a new cup. I wish they had their fireplace on. ☺️

Every time I go through this drive through (which is 1-3 times a week ((yes, I'm a fatty)) I am yet to get my food at the drive through window. I'm always being told to go around and park in the front and wait.. even if I'm the only one in line. Really take away the convenience of a drive through
