For the longest time I stopped going to this Wendy's just because the shady people working there and so on. But there's been a group of ladies in the morning and lunchtime. That really get the job done and get it done quick. Food tastes much better now.

After stopping by, through the drive thru, with NO ONE ELSE IN LINE, we were promptly greeted by someone for payment, then handed out 2 frosty and food, no receipt, and on our way!!! Took less than 45 seconds in total, including ordering. I live 2 blocks from this store, got home, so excited for our Orange Cream Frostys, and the very small meal ordered, except the food was colder than the frosty was. So I tried to call the store, it rang several times, before a recording picked up saying they were too busy to take the call, and to call at a later time, no place to leave a message at all. I then tried several more times to call back, no answer, before I finally had it, and got the phone # for Wendys corporate, to speak to someone, because I was beyond irritated at this point. It took 2 phones calls to this #, and a total of more than an hour to speak to someone who could've cared less about the whole thing. After 15 minutes or so with this person, he assured me I would receive a credit to my credit card account, and that the district manager from this store would indeed contact me in reference to this situation. NOTHING, NOTHING AT ALL. I may only be one person, with a small order, but I have a voice, and I will use it. I thought Wendys was better than all of this, but they have proven me wrong.

Every time Wendy's surprised me , you buy something on X Wendy's and is perfect. You order the same on a different location and are so bad is exactly what happened

Did a mobile order and picked it up in the drive thru. Only got half my order, had to go back and ask for the second half...the half with the actual burgers. When I got home I discovered my bacon burger had no bacon and the "extra pickles" request got me 3 pickle slices instead of 2. Don't recommend this Wendy's.

I bought hamburgers and I asked for them without cheese and no. They made them the way I asked for them and the person who charged me at the window was chasing me away. He reluctantly gave me my food and I live far away to return his hamburgers and then you call and they never answer very bad

I went hear for lunch and instantly regretted it. I got chicken nuggets and a medium fry and I'm not sure what happened but neither the nuggets or fries were consumable. The nuggets looked like they have been sitting for the last week and both had a very distinct disgusting taste. I'm not sure what oil they use or if it's never been changed but I definitely won't eat here again.The employees were nice but don't have any customer service skills whatsoever.

This location does well with getting orders correct. Clean dining room and exterior. Four stars because staff often doesn't seem to know what offers in the app and outside the app are going on at any given time. This probably speaks more to corporate training practices than an individual store.

Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers. Are my favorite. They have the best bacon anywhere hands down. I would drive miles and miles for their bacon on their cheeseburgers. Next time I stop I'll grab a photo to share..Anything with bacon...

The manager was extremely nasty and very rude to me. There were missing items and a missing drink in my order. She was hostile and hung up the phone on me over the fact that I asked for a refund. I called wendys corporate and they are even more disgusting. TERESEA DEWITT THE REGIONAL MANAGER NEVER CALLED ME. THEY NEVER REFUNDED ME! I HAD TO CALL MY BANK! I have never been treated so poorly over something wendys themselves did. NEVER EVER GO TO WENDYS! DISGUSTING FRANCHISE! WENDYS SHOULD BE ASHMED!!!!

Little piss boy working the drive thru window didn't give me any time to respond to his questions about the menu so under his breath while talking to me said, "wow what an awesome conversation to be having...." with a sarcastic rude tone. I won't come here again!!
