I visited this Wendy’s location at 7:00 PM. I was the only customer inside, yet no one acknowledged me or offered any customer service. I stood there waiting for a few minutes while the staff looked at me without saying a word. Eventually, I walked out without ordering anything.

People here are nice but the wait time is crazy and they always forget stuff in your order. I have had more issues with this place than any other fast food restaurant. Lol! They are nice, its open late and they are close to my work so I keep coming back. Ugh!

Hamburgers and chicken sandwich were good look and and tasted great. However the fries were so salty you couldn’t eat them and the trio of frosty’s we were super excited to try were just liquid not frozen at all so $7 for liquid ice cream with flavoring is DEFINITELY not worth it. I tried to call to talk to the manager to see if we could make it right and they don’t ever answer the phone. Normally they are great but definitely missed the mark by a lot tonight

Ordered 6 sandwiches, 3 with minor tweaks at the drive through. None of them were correct. Went in and the person working seemed frustrated with me. Got the order replaced and the chicken sandwiches are not only tiny now, but they were dried out and tough. I know this is a new location but maybe they still need more training. Sad, Wendy's has always been my go to fast food but will not be coming back to this location for awhile.
What in the heck is wrong with this location they can never get the order correct. Tonight I was missing a fry, last night it was a 10 piece nugget. Nothing fries my butt more than having to go back and get the rest of my order.

Expecting that I was going to receive my order correctly and always ending up wrong. I ordered a Spicy Asiago Medium Combo with Grape Powerade no ice order#3047 4/10/25 @ 11:39am. I’m always buying Wendy’s I work down the street. Ready to pay and I always use the app for offers and rewards but the cashier seemed annoyed to scan my QR code on the Wendy’s app, I understand the frustration of having to scan QR codes but I’m also trying to save money. Second, I received my food happy to have received my food but now I’m at work sitting down annoyed that what I ordered is not in the bag. Now I have to sit down and eat a regular spicy that does not taste like the SPICY ASIAGO nor the PRICE I paid for equals to what I received. Wendy’s needs to fix the price costing if I’m going to be receiving a regular spicy combo for the price of $14. Make the spicy Asiago && spicy the same price or make sure you give the right sandwich to the customer, definitely a big miss.
