I went here two nights in row (I’m pregnant and it sounded good). The first night, the staff was amazing. Got everything correct, down to the well-done chicken tenders and lemon pepper fries. My husband went in today to pick up another order, the same thing except a large lemon pepper fry only for the lady to give him a regular. Asked for a large and was charged large and when he went up to the counter and asked for it, the lady gave extreme attitude and said “this is a large.” And without saying anything else just walked to the back of the store. The tenders were also soggy and not well done. Instead of trying to get our food made correctly, we went to a different location where it was done with a smile.

Food was good, but the place was a hot mess. Staff were dropping food and just kicked it under the fryers. The cashier person was less than friendly, they were super unorganized with their online orders. I saw 4 door dashers walk out because it was taking "too long" I'm sure the food was there and ready as they had tons stacked up, but no idea what they were really doing.

I live paycheck to paycheck and have no savings, so TRUST ME when i tell you to just go across the street and pay more at Buffalo Wild Wings. This location is so terrible i wouldnt recommend it to a Cambodian refugee.

I ordered on line they were under staffed we walked in for pick up long line no greeting 20 wait then the one front line person decides to answer the phone instead of helping his 20 customers. They had about 7 to go order piling up and my frys was soggy and way to over seasoned disappointing all around. We will be sticking to WINGERS? for sure.

I was enjoying my wings, half way done until I saw one that had something on it I looked closely and it seems to appear there were 3 feathers on them I am very disappointed never visiting this location again.

Came here today to celebrate an accomplishment. Made a big order online only to come home and find out I’m missing an order of wings. I called and the girl seemed really nice about it. I let her know I’d be there in 15 minutes to pick up what was missing. I get there only to have some teenager come and tell me she made my order and everything was in there. I honestly wouldn’t be calling if everyone had their food! One person didn’t have there wings and the girl still has the nerve to tell me everything was in there and to show her the bag…. I figured they did their job and made sure EVERYTHING was in there. Rudely she said she would make what was missing. Unbelievable honestly. Poor girl that helped me demeanor changed after she asked where my order was got attitude from the “cook” bish do your job right then!

Right off the bat the music was so loud that we could hardly hear anything but. The drink we wanted was out so we tried to ask the cashier to r place it but she didn’t want to so just told us to hold down the button and it would come out. It wasn’t!! Then my husband got upset and asked the girl to some fix it. Which she did but with as attitude! Even arguing with him stating “I’m not a manager” . Whatever that has to do with the drinks needing changed I don’t know. Then they made us wait for food after other people that ordered after us. We could even see them talking about us in the kitchen. Very rude girl at the counter. WE WILL NOT EAT AT THIS STORE AGAIN!!

Chloe manager very unprofessional.. to not have 40$ change for a 60 order is crazy. At 500 pm on a Friday It's a joke.. if u dont take cash say tht before we come.. wingstop would be embarrassed. Sending people next door to ask for change... get it together chloe.... And to act like your uninterested is a joke.

They always mess up my order and when they say they will write my name down for my item that was missing for next time I come they say they don't have my name written down anywhere. I was also on hold for 30 minutes just to tell them they didn't include my corn.

I visited Wingstop in West Valley, UT., based on a request by my grandkids, who apparently visited a different restaurant from this national chain. We ordered a family special that included 24 wings, in three different flavors + fries. It seemed like a great deal. I was very excited to try it out for the first time

When we got home, in Herriman, we proceeded to serve up an assortment of the food, along with the ??. I was so disappointed. Both the wings and the potatoes were so salty that they were impossible to eat! We ended up trashing the entire thing ?
