ABSOLUTE TRASH! If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! My family and I waited almost an hour for our food (which is fine because I knew it’d be a wait). While sitting down, we witnessed how multiple people, who came in AFTER us, got their orders before us. These same people didn’t have phone orders OR mobile orders.

The food is good but the service and atmosphere is terrible. I was waiting in line waiting for the cashier as she was helping get pick up orders out and helping back in the kitchen which is fine I don’t mind waiting. They’re clearly busy. One of the cooks in the back yells all the way from the back “are you trying to place an order” I obviously answer yes because I’m literally in line to order… & she yells back, “ well it’s going to be a 30 min wait” in a very passive aggressive tone. It’s so obvious she’s telling me that to get me to leave. At that point I’m like damn, Buffalo would never do me like this Lmao. On top of that the cleanliness of this place is so bad. The soda machine is disgustingly dirty, the tables and chairs are dirty and sticky, they’ve got inventory out by the dinning tables. You can tell it doesn’t get cleaned in here as much as it should be. It’s smells disgusting.

Placed an order through Door Dash. Didn't get what I ordered at first. Everything was wrong. Hot had no heat or flavor, nor did mild. I called Wing Stop and spoke with a really nice lady. My order was remade with no issues. 5 stars for customer service. I work in the industry and I know how difficult some people can be. I know how stress it can be when someone calls to complain. Those calls are rarely kind.Thank you so much for such great service.

I love their wings! A little pricey but worth the cost over BWW. The lemon pepper wings are my favorite. The mango habanero could have some more flavor but nonetheless still worth the price. Lots of options for sides. Their Cajun corn is a good side but nothing beats their voodoo fries.

I’ve been to this location so many times over the years and have never had any complaints until my visit yesterday. I placed an order online 20 minutes before we got to the store. We walk in and there’s a line almost out the door for pickup orders. And a bunch of uncomfortable looking people waiting at the tables for pickups. It took about ten minutes for anyone waiting at the pickup counter to be acknowledged. The kids working at 9:45pm on 3/2 were having some kind of spat they were busy with. Yelling at each other, lots of cussing. One of the short tan-skinned girls, I think she was a Latina, screamed the n-word with a hard “r” at one point. Not sure if she was going off about some of the black folks who had been in the store waiting quietly for their food for well over 45 minutes at that point or what. But that was unacceptable. We all couldn’t believe what we were hearing. She’s lucky nobody confronted her.They continued to yell at each other on and off for at least 15 more minutes. Some dude was throwing yelling fit about how they’re going to be there all night. Meanwhile, the phone is steadily ringing off the hook and nobody tried to get it. That went on for another awkward 15 minutes.We waited for our order for almost 45 minutes. The store was gross. There was food and trash scattered around the dining room. Tables were greasy and had crumbs everywhere. There were old bags spread on an entire table. Trash all over the floor. Just…not a great experience by any means. Our food turned out just okay. Definitely will not be coming back to this location unless other people are working. Worst food service atmosphere I’ve ever been in.

Went into place a to-go order with a few combos that ended up being 25 wings. Waited the normal amount of time to grab my order, only to get home and realize 17 of those wings were missing! Called the store and they seemed hesitant about making the wings for me when I said I would be coming back (to get the food I paid for!). Not great customer service. Half the food ended up cold in the end and no sympathy or additional food was offered for the inconvenience. Disappointed.

Placed on online order that was going to take 15-20 min to be ready. I arrived at the location 30 min after placing the order and was told it still wasn’t ready and had to wait another 10 min. After waiting another 30 min I asked about my food and they said it had been ready and they just forgot to mark it as done. I got home and of course my food was cold. Called in to see if they can offer any compensation and had me on hold for another 30 min!!!!Not coming back.

The food here is awesome, the worst part though is the wait, I ordered online and was told 15 minutes, I arrived 20 minutes later and big shock,,, they said another 10-15 minutes.I am also a door dash driver, and, they are always running late 100% of the time.Expect great food, but be prepared to wait, they have never had an order ready in less than 20 minutes, and forget about it at dinner or on the weekends.
I just came out here to Utah to visit my family and they love wingstop so I figure to surprise them they got my order wrong. When I called wingstop to order my food the lady that answered she was very polite and calm and when I went to the store they were still nice and polite but some of the workers look like they didn't want to be there and LAZY!!! they also got my order wrong I said I wanted a "CHICKEN SANDWICH MANGO HABANERO" but they gave me something else it was not good I also order the 20 piece chicken original hot, lemon pepper, original hot they gave me mango habanero wings and lemon pepper very disappointedI would never order here again!
