Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Asked them to 'Drown my sandwich in the sauce.' Opened the box and couldn't see the second slice of bread for their answer to my hubris. Exactly what I wanted, stellar experience.

The first time I ordered here it was so good. They did extra seasoning like requested, every other time since then it’s been disgusting. They leave things out and ignore the extra seasoning request. Which btw, is an option in door dash so if you’re going to ignore it, don’t bother having the option. I keep trying this place thinking it’ll be good like the first time but nope. Won’t be ordering from here again. Which is a shame because it’s delicious when made well.

The food is usually really good, the service is usually acceptable. Overall is an all right place to eat. I have had problems with the friendliness of staff on several occasions. I had took the receipt survey to get a coupon and they reached out to me and asked how I could have a better experience the next time. I went and claimed the offer they gave me and boy did things go south. I was treated kindly up until that moment.

Oddly enough almost every time I go, their Coke freestyle machine it's kind of a sewage smell nearby it, that's fine I guess, I don't eat on top of this machine.

Overall still a better value than the other chicken restaurants, you just might get a little worse service.

I love it here I don’t have one in Arizona so everytime I make delivers in salt lake I drive my semi over here love the good atmosphere’s the food is always top notch people are always super friendly :) my order comes out hot fresh and quick every time the choices of the sauce makes it even better the wing and things is the best sampler style plate they have but the smothered fries is so good. This Zaxbys was my first and will be my always go to the rest I’ve gone to don’t operate as proficient as this one. Yall keep up the excellent customer service and hot fresh

I am originally from the South and I was excited to grab some Zaxby's while in town for work. This location was completely dead at lunch. Service was meh. I was the only customer at 12:45pm. The tea is behind the counter for some reason.

The food was great! I am from SC. However, since relocating to the Midwest I have not had Zaxby's in years! It was great to find one as I was traveling through Salt Lakes City. Everyone in my family enjoyed the meal and appreciated my recommendation to dine at Zaxby's.
