I usually have always had a good experience at this location but today was just not the day. The girl taking my order kept cutting me off and telling me to pull forward when I obviously was not done telling my order. I felt super rushed and when I pulled up to the window, the kids working were not in uniforms/Zaxby's employee shirts so thought that was odd? They forgot my drink and I had to remind them twice. My salad was okay but the egg roll that came with it was burnt to a crisp! I attached a picture of it below but I hope this location improves because I love this franchise but kind of a depressing day for this Zaxby's ??

Went through the drive through took almost 10 minutes to get me my cheese curds, and there was only one car in front of me that cost almost $5. There's only 11 cheese curds, and they are overly cooked. Won't be coming back to this zaxby's. Ever, the one in Taylorsville, is much better.

Thank you for giving me that knowledge, Zaxbys.I had a, not as bad, but similar experience at a different location months ago, and now I’m certain I’ll never return to a Zaxbys. The wings have hardly any sauce on them and they are dry. The chicken fingers are tiny and dry. Small portion of fries. And they no longer give you celery. The price is outrageous for what you get. We went to a newer location recently and it's a lot better. Hopefully the west valley location can get it together.
