This specific Zupas is no worse than others. The food is always great. The service is always doing the best they can. It's not their fault. Every Zupas has the same workflow problem. It's especially bad if you're ordering for a group. I always have to order at least twice. Often I have to explain the order three or four times. I generally try to stay positive but the workflow in all Zupas drives me crazy! Perhaps it's to allow for the most flexibility...
The new Powerbowls are really chicken bowls.
If you don’t eat chicken, especially if you’re a vegetarian, the Powerbowls end up being a weak salad.

What a shit show at the woodscross location. If the employees would focus on taking orders and making them vs taking 5 orders at a time the probably wouldn't mess up the orders. They had to make one of our salads twice and modify it once after that. Had to make our sandwich twice. And overcharged me on top of it. Try two combo 12.99 charged full price for sandwich and half salad. Order ID # 1318399772696
