I have had the pleasure of collaborating with Lori as well as attending her amazing offerings. I am always left with a sense of comfort, knowledge, and openness after her workshops. She has a gentle and warm, yet wise way of teaching that brings you into the experience and leaves you wanting to come back. I never had any idea there was so much to be brought to our health with what is in my own backyard! I am so excited to see her growth and new workshops! Everything she offers is different from the next and inspires better living. Don't miss her new HerbLAB, nothing like it anywhere!

Lori came to our school campus to talk with a group of middle and high school students. Her knowledge and passion for plant identification and practical use kept students highly engaged. Students' curiosity was sparked! After the plant walk, students were able to try some of the Appalachian Immunitea blend. For some, it was their first time having hot tea. It was even more meaningful for students, after learning how ingredients were harvested and sourced locally. Lori shares our vision of connecting people with this beautiful region we live in! We are grateful she came to our campus.

I've purchased teas, clothing, and treasured baubles from this business. I was attracted to the emphasis on natural herbs for healing, and the many varieties of teas I have used over the years were fresh, delicious, and had a cleansing benefit. Plus the ingredients just look beautiful in the bag! Great gift ideas. The owner has a gentle, kind energy.

I'm amazed by Appalachian Teas and Botanicals teas! They're made from hand-gathered, natural ingredients, creating a beautiful blend of flavors and enticing aromas. Each tea has its own unique character, and most can be enhanced with a touch of your preferred sweetener. Personally, I love Queen of Hearts, Wolf Run, and Immunitea, all of which I steep for 15 minutes or longer. Whether I savor it hot or chilled, 'The Queen' never fails to delight. Additionally, we offer Blue Ridge Breakfast at our short-term rentals, @The_Oasis_Abingdon and @The_Nest_Abingdon.It's worth noting that my dad is so enamored with the Queen of Hearts that he orders it from the website all the way from Seattle!

Snagged a bag of the Gather Ye Bee Calm Blend from the farmers market in Charlotte a few months ago. Finally got around to making a quick brew. I’m not much of a tea girlie but THIS IS SO GOOD. Added some unpasteurized honey and had the best morning.

The tea is bitter and does not have much flavor. Also the gossip at the coffee shop makes me not want to support this business.
