I've been through the drive thru twice in the last month. Both times I've ordered a Chicken Cordon Bleu combo and each time I've gotten home and it's just a regular roast beef sandwich. At least give me the bigger roast beef sandwich if you're going to screw up the meal. Arby's costs too much for the lower quality food and service i'm getting. I can go to the local BBQ place and get better food and service for not much more.

I just went here and if I could give this place a a zero I would just placed a $20 order and was told that I can only get four Arby's sauces I asked could I pay for them I was told no that I could get six of them and that was the most she could give me I'm sorry but if I'm paying for a meal and you're only allowed to give me four but then when I asked to pay you're allowed to give me six I think I could get a few more if I paid for them

Absolutely trash. Yelling at customers and being rude! The ONLY nice employee there today was a gentleman with green hair at the window bagging the food. I don’t know the lady was that came outside yelling but she needs to be fired. Extremely RUDE.

Sat in the Drive-Thru from 8:10pm - 8:30pm with only 2 vehicles in front of me. I get to the window and it takes forever for them to even take my payment. I sat at the window probably 10 minutes. They forgot my drinks and I had to remind them. They cared more about laughing and talking with coworkers than trying to get people moving through the drive thru. Then I get home and they did not customize my sandwich as I asked.
The food wasn't that good, fries were over cook and bun was old on sandwich.

I'm not giving these stars for the food, it's because I've heard that they are bringing back the potato cake and in my opinion that isn't a good idea cause they aren't great, if they want to bring something back that EVERYONE would prefer the Ham and Cheese, that was one of the better sandwiches you had.
