Absolutely trash. Yelling at customers and being rude! The ONLY nice employee there today was a gentleman with green hair at the window bagging the food. I don’t know the lady was that came outside yelling but she needs to be fired. Extremely RUDE.

Sat in the Drive-Thru from 8:10pm - 8:30pm with only 2 vehicles in front of me. I get to the window and it takes forever for them to even take my payment. I sat at the window probably 10 minutes. They forgot my drinks and I had to remind them. They cared more about laughing and talking with coworkers than trying to get people moving through the drive thru. Then I get home and they did not customize my sandwich as I asked.

I'm not giving these stars for the food, it's because I've heard that they are bringing back the potato cake and in my opinion that isn't a good idea cause they aren't great, if they want to bring something back that EVERYONE would prefer the Ham and Cheese, that was one of the better sandwiches you had.

It was freezing cold in the restaurant. Four of us in our group and everyone was freezing. Plus they charge you for a cup for water. First Arby’s I ever was in that I felt the need to review.

Went here for lunch and the service was terrible. One lady was on her cell phone and then made the comment that she didn’t want to be there. People who came in and ordered after me got their food before me and my co workers. Wasn’t asked what type of fries we wanted. No one acted like they knew what to do. Worst service ever.
