I placed an order online for pickup. It came out shortly after I called to let them know I had arrived. I ordered the family meal with the 12 supreme tenders, 2 orders of fries, 4 biscuits, and a half gallon of sweet tea. When we got it home and opened the box, the tenders were so hard and dry they hurt our mouths to try and eat them. The fries had way too much seasoning on them and the biscuits were falling apart and didn't have much flavor to them. My husband and daughter enjoyed the tea.

Food tastes great, but couldn't help but notice a guy in the back wiping counters with a rag. My problem was when the rag fell on the floor and continued using same rag to keep wiping away. Watch your security cameras and you'll see other things I won't mention...

We love Bojangles and were excited to eat lunch here. Unfortunately, this Bojangles is not like any other Bojangles I've been to. The fries were barely seasoned. The mac and cheese tasted like it came out of a box. I thought all Bojangles were the same, but please only go to this one if you usually don't like Bojangles because it has too much flavor for you.

The food always slaps it’s the service that always brings down the score! Just be nicer, don’t interrupt when taking an order, don’t walk away during the middle of the order to tell another coworker what to do, focus on your customers first!

Never been to a Bojangles before. The chicken was exactly what you would get from a home made pan fry, the sauces were good and the coleslaw was pretty good. It was clean including the restrooms. Staff were ultra-friendly.

When I used to go to this particular Bojangles I always ordered it in drive thru. That will not be happening anymore. The employees are great! The recorded voice that takes the orders now is horrible!!! It asks a ton of questions and is so unwelcoming!! I can't believe the owner opted to do away with an employee and use a recording!!! I will be going to the Bristol Bojangles from now on. I'm always greeted with a warm,friendly human that can actually carry on a conversation with me. That recording is cold, rigid and uninviting. Sorry to the employees of the Abingdon store because you all are great. The owner of that franchise is just like the recording they use...cold,uninviting and obviously doesn't think about their employees!
