Yeoooo. I haven't had Captain D's in SO LONG. Them fried oysters are INSANE... goodness. Staff was super nice and made great suggestions as the menu has def grown since I've been in VA. Keep up the elite eats!!!

Food was hot and portion size good! Customer service via drive thru was fast and accurate! Delicious fish and chicken dinner!
Went thru drive thru with elderly neighbor the person on the speaker said said hold on a moment. Didn't come back was talking to friend said if you on the phone you need to pull off and finish your call and come back and order. I said rude never coming back there I made my elderly neighbor food myself if that is hoe you going to talk to people get facts right. But don't worry won't get our business or church at that. Bad experience it was nice when there was a lady there with her two daughters run it food taste great

The Abingdon Va location customer service is not good I ordered two dinners and paid for two extra pieces of fish paid 4 extra dollars when my food came the extra fish wasn’t on the plate so I told the lady that delivered the food she said I’ll get them never did so I told her again she went and got a lady manager the manager said you got them I said no I didn’t she insisted I did so I told her just forget them finally the cook brought them to me and apologized I fought like they accused me of being dishonest.
