MY WIFE AND I DINE HERE EVERY FEW WEEKS. THIS PAST SUNDAY JAN 18, WE HAD A TERRIFIC MEAL, HOT, FRESH, AND IT HIT THE SPOT! GREAT JOB!

Fries were cold and didn’t see to be cooked all the way. Staff was rude and seemed annoyed I was there. 6:45 on a Friday evening. Even tho they supposedly close at 8 I got a small teriyaki with no onions, they put onions on it. And the place was overall messy. Will not go back

Came by 12-23..at 8:30 pm..lights darkened, two male employees leaning on counter told me they were closed early since it was so slow..sad..but looks like a regular thing 4 them

Arrived at 6:45 to pick up my online order that I had already paid for that had been confirmed and I was receiving updates on just to find the doors locked and store closed👎🏼 website says they close at 7 apparently not

Came by at 6:07 pm and was already closed sign says 7 but I guess it’s close when you feel like it !

We love Charleys. The sandwiches are always packed with bold, savory flavor and everything tastes fresh. The chicken was tender and juicy, the veggies had the perfect crunch, and the melted cheese tied it all together. Whether you're grabbing a quick lunch or craving something hearty and satisfying, Charley’s is a solid choice. Highly recommend the Chicken Philly—it’s delicious!

Great customer service and great dining

Been coming to this location for many years. This past Friday will be my last. Went in about 7:45pm and we were the only customers. Placed our order and waited. And waited. The fries came up at least 6-8 minutes before the sandwich. The food wasn’t nearly as good as it always has been.
There was a zoned out teenage guy (I think) mopping the floor- nobody taught him and he couldn’t figure out that he was supposed to ring out the excess water before slopping it all over the restaurant. He actually mopped within a few inches of our shoes while we were eating. Sickening.
There was dirty water standing all over the place and people coming in wading through it.
At 8:15, he emptied the trash cans, tied up the bags, left them on the floor and didn’t put new liners in, so we couldn’t throw our trash away.
One older female customer asked him a question and he just looked at her and walked away- I think he must have been stoned.

They have the best Philly Cheesesteaks around! The place is clean and the staff is friendly. It's a must-visit if you're in Marion or Abingdon.

Best cheese steaks around. My wife and I drive an hour each way for our cheese steaks on date night. Highly recommend
