Decent place to eat. Portions are alright. Like an upscale subway really. The fries are the best part honestly, they make the food and put it on the counter as you walk by. Not sure why they ask you if you want to leave a tip for that. $17 meal….meh.

When I moved to the area I had a hard time finding a decent steak sub until I stumbled upon Charley's. Its the only place I will get a sub here. Amazing food super friendly staff
