When I went to Cracker Barrel recently, the menu had changed. I did not like the look of the new menu. I still like the way it is decorated inside, I do not believe I will like the look when they remodel. The heart and soul is being taken out of this restaurant slowly but surely, it is sad.

If they move forward with the sign changing I will not be back! So sad to take something so wonderful and change it for a select few!!!

We arrived at 9:15pm. They said they closed at 10:00pm.. on line it said they closed at 11:00pm. We felt rushed while ordering. Waitress didn’t ask what salad dressing I wanted for my salad. She didn’t bring our biscuits but, she was very nice. The lady that worked at the register was very friendly.

What is the point of the online waitlist? It’s ridiculous. You sign up, are told estimated time, get to the restaurant, and your wait time is even longer than initially said. It makes no sense. The check-in process is very inefficient and they are going to lose business because they can’t get that together. Don’t offer an online waitlist if it won’t even be honored.

Very good country style food. Fried chicken was delicious. The cinnamon rolls were scrumptious. Server was friendly and very professional. Enjoyable dining experience.

My boyfriend (22) and I (23) visited this store and attempted to order two alcoholic beverages and we were refused due to him still having a vertical license. When we questioned the reasoning and validity of this “rule” we were told its a chain policy, however we have recently been to a cracker barel in another state and ordered alcoholic beverages with zero issue. Management 👎🏼 logical reasoning 👎🏼

The wait staff at this establishment were all so kind. Southern hospitality at its finest. Would go back anytime I pass through the area. Our experience was wonderful.

Went because I wanted pancakes and was not disappointed. Our hostess made us laugh as she seated us and our server Grayson was great! I love I could pay in the app and not wait in line.

Excellent!! Everything was HOT! It was great. My husband talked about the beef campfire dinner all the way home. And he called some friends to tell them they have to try it.

We absolutely love eating at Cracker Barrel! The food is always delicious, the service is excellent, and the restaurant is consistently clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and attentive, making every visit a great experience. It’s one of our favorite places to dine—always the best!
