What great service! We made a mistake and accidentally ordered takeout from a different Cracker Barrel. We had been driving for ten hours and I almost cried when we got there and they didn't have our order. The wonderful staff took care of canceling our order at the other store, getting our refund, and got us our food in record time.

We were disappointed in the service that we received midday on Dec 1, 2024. We frequent Cracker Barrel’s across the country when traveling and are usually very pleased with the food and service. However this time was different. Our waitress, Candace, had a sweet personality and made sure our drinks were filled. But unfortunately that’s where the praise stops.
While we sat waiting for our food, the table to our right had two different patrons seated, waited on and left while we still sat and waited. We waited for nearly 1.5 hours and finally said something. Our food came out pretty quickly after that. However, it was obvious it had been sitting under the heat lamps for quite some time. The order was also incomplete and inaccurate. Although the main dishes were right, I didn’t get the extra gravy I had asked for, and my eleven year old asked for hashbrowns and was given fried okra instead. These are small inconveniences and we would ordinarily not make a fuss, but given the poor service, the orders not being right were just the last stick on the camel’s back.

This year we ordered thanksgiving dinner to go ……it was hot delicious and no clean up or left overs! Turkey was tender dressing was super moist and delicious and the sweet potato casserole was divine. I would have liked more green beans and cranberry sauce …the pumpkin pie was very nice …...but overall….A fantastic meal so good 😋

Server was great. Plate was dirty underneath really badly. Food was sub par. Fish was almost all breading. Not exaggerating. Biscuits were great. The rest was pretty yucky. This used to be a great Cracker Barrel. Not anymore.

I had pre-ordered a Thanksgiving meal from Cracker Barrel and went to pick it up. It was my second time visiting the restaurant, the first being a single prior visit. Upon entering, I noticed a significant crowd, which made for an unpleasant atmosphere. I felt uncomfortable as several customers stared at me, giving me the impression that I did not belong. Furthermore, the general lack of respect among the customers was evident as individuals walked in front of me and beside me without any acknowledgment or apology. It is worth noting that I was not the only customer who experienced this disrespectful behavior. Despite the unpleasant experience, I must commend the establishment for the excellent quality of the food.
