Employees are nice but coffee damn straight sucks. No matter what or when you come, the coffee is always inconsistent. Weak or not flavored like it should be I just don’t understand But that will be my last time dealing with any Dunkin’ Donuts a lot of of them are that way inconsistent all the time not worth it for what you pay to get some bullshit

I ordered 5 drinks thru the app at 9:38 plus 2 drinks at the window. I understand they are busy, but they asked me to pull up to wait. I seriously watched as 5 cars behind me in the drive thru got their coffees and other items and I am still waiting. I decide to make a U-turn and get behind car 6 getting the order and at the window ask where my order is. Not joking, they were missing my 2 drinks I placed at the window. We didn't get our drinks until 10:25

Let it be known that you will absolutely be waiting in the drive thru for about 30 minutes. Last time I was there the dude just handed me a drink from someone else's orders and I had been waiting so long, I just said, I guess this is what I'm drinking today.

I got there at 2:30am and the guy working was a dear. He hooked me up with the best peppermint mocha with espresso shots. Got me the rest of my way home. Guy needs a raise 💪

This is a new dunkin with only self checkout. The computer didnt have any of the advertised seasonal drinks and so the employee told us to put something else in. Not sure if we were charged the right price? Not a fan of 0 service and will go somewhere else next time.
This is a horrible location I waited in the line this morning for 10 minutes no response I pull to the drive thru window for 5 minutes no one acknowledged me. The girl finally came to the window and had me right down my order on a sticky note. Then I got my coffee and it didn’t taste good at all. I’m calling corporate.

Very slow, took over 15 minutes to order 1 coolata and 1 iced coffee. Coffee was burnt or made wrong. Didn't have time for them to attempt it a 2nd time Overall bad experience
