Went in to this location yesterday and ordered two coffees, it seemed busy but I was promptly helped by a young lady at the counter. The older woman who was making coffee seemed really out of it , stumbling all over the place and staring at the ceiling?? I watched as she filled a coffee cup completely full of milk or cream and then put it on the counter and walked away... I waited a few more minutes for my drinks and finally another young lady with a headset came over and had to remake all the drinks that were just sitting on the counter, seemed like she sent the older woman to go take out the trash because she went outside and the young woman apologized for the wait and made my coffees all while taking orders on the headset !! They need to get some good help at this location! Be prepared to wait in line and then wait even longer when there's only one person actually working

Most ridiculous drive-through experience I’ve ever had. Was desperate for some caffeine or would’ve driven away. Multiple other people in the drive-through line did drive away. Don’t visit this location unless you have a spare hour on your hands. One simple cup of coffee has taken over 20 minutes - so far. I’m still waiting! There were only four cars in line in front of me. Have a pet in the car or I would try to go inside. Just save yourself lots of time and frustration and go somewhere else.

For an espresso based drink, it sure had a lot of milk in it. 🫤 I always get 3 shots in a small and it wasn't strong enough at all. Skip it.
Extremely disheveled operation with low acumen in customer service and communication. Come here only if this is your second cup of coffee, as you’ll need the boost to survive the wait time and the conversation. Have low expectations and you won’t be disappointed. The staff will look at you and immediately avert their gaze; the more alert may meet your glance and ponder visibly, yet silently, “Why is this person here? Should I take their order? Why are tired humans always coming to a source of coffee and are frustrated when orders placed 30 minutes prior are still not complete?” Suppressing such thoughts, and only when the gaze reaches that irretrievable stage of awkward, will the Dunkin employee recall their training and ask “can I help you?
Yes, you can help - Do you happen to know when the Starbucks up the road will finish construction and open? I seek coffee and there is none to be found here.

The worst run Dunkin I've ever been to. Complete disarray inside. Creamer spills all over the counter and floor, receipts scattered all over the counter, dirty paper towels inside the donut rack.
This is two days in a row I've come in for just a cup of coffee, it's been over 10 minutes both days. Wth!
This place needs to be shut down for a week just to clean. Probably wouldn't hurt to change the management.

I was hesitant to stop at this location because it was at a gas station, but the customer service was excellent. The lady at the register was so helpful. It was very clean and very fast. I went back the next day.

They probably can’t even make a cup of water without messing it up while taking 25 minutes to do it. This used to be such a great Dunkin - heck I even worked here for a while in my younger years. In the last year or so, it has become the worst coffee shop in the area. It doesn’t matter if you go inside or through the drive thru and there are only 2 people ahead of you, you will be waiting 20+ minutes. I went through today around 5:30 to get a sweet tea after work. I ordered and there were only 2 cars ahead of me. It took 10 minutes for me to get to the window to get my drink. AFTER I paid, they informed me that they didn’t have any tea and were going to have to make some. They didn’t offer to make another drink for me or anything other than pulling forward and waiting. They didn’t offer to refund me either. I pulled forward and waited another 15 minutes before they brought out the tea. The lady also didn’t bring a straw so she had to run back inside to get it. I waited 30+ minutes for tea. When I finally drank it, it tasted like cleaning products. I took one drink and threw it away. I also do not recommend this Dunkin if you want your food to be correct. My husband and I have ordered in the app probably over 100 times and every single time, our food has been completely wrong. I don’t mean like they forgot to put hash browns in the bag. I mean entirely different sandwiches than we ordered and missing items. The items we do get are typically missing either a meat, cheese, egg or combination of all. I will not be spending my money at this location anymore as it is highly disappointing and an absolute waste of money. I wouldn’t even buy water from here because they would mess it up.
