The lady at the drive through didn't listen when I asked how much something was. Then when I ordered she read it back right then when it was made wrong and I went in to have it fixed she was insisting it was made right and that I was trying to just get extra food I'll never buy food from this store again. I don't take kindly to being called a thief.

I waited 15 minutes to get my food. The chicken sandwich was hard and had a bad taste. I was unable to complete the sandwich. The manager came in unkempt with his pants hanging way down below his pants and an undersized shirt with his belly exposed, grossly inappropriate. The food was not worth $18.62. I'm very disappointed.

I ordered food thru your drive thru this afternoon, mind you I was the ONLY customer at your establishment!! I ordered a mushroom burger with lettuce, tomato and mayo and none of those toppings came on the burger….secondly I ordered 20 chicken tenders, I received 10, I ordered two drinks, only one got rung up so after waiting 15 minutes on my food in your parking lot I then had to go back thru your drive thru to get my drink that I had ordered originally and she actually charged me for it even tho it was her error!!!! I didn’t realize my food order was wrong until I got home…in Damascus Va!! To say I am upset would be a huge understatement…the likelyhood of me dining with your restaurant again is slim to none

I quit going to this Hardee’s because the management and employees was often rude and very slow. But tonight I went and they have a new manager named Keven. And the service was 10x better the food was hot and fast. I was impressed with him enough to ask for his name to leave a review because he’s new and he runs it way better than it was!
Keven was very helpful and I got a lot more value by getting the “Original Bag” deal and saved me about $3
