Can't say anything about the food.. Mainly because I was never waited on. I went inside (to an empty restaurant) to get some gift cards & something to eat. There was no one @ the register, so I waited. A few minutes go by - I'm hearing noises coming from the back, so I say "hello" & "excuse me" a few times... No response. I go to door & open it again, thinking maybe some sensor of some sort would go off. Waited... & waited... & waited. After a few more attempts @ "hello" & "excuse me', I left. Kinda scary that someone could walk into a restaurant & pretty much have free reign, for approximately 7-8 minutes, do whatever they wanted to do (except order food/buy gift cards 🙄)

Derenda is an absolute sweetheart. Me and my Fiancée came through tonight for dinner, and Derenda took outstanding care of us, she was so very polite as we took our order, and even at the window she was so sweet and down to earth, top notch customer service at its finest from this sweet lady!

I stopped in at about 6:00 a.m. On October 11th and received my food promptly but it tasted like it had been cooked an hour or two before. I don't know how that's possible but they need to freshen things up a little bit

Your restaurant was very hot inside as well as dirty. The building really does need to be updated or demolished for a rebuild. My food was ok. The buns were old and a little tough to bite apart but my 2 lunch companions food was cold. Ice cold. Just wasn’t a good experience there anymore. Don’t have any intentions on going back anytime soon.

The last three time I ordered biscuits and gravy,it had no sausage in it. I'm going to try it one more time. I've ate at this place since opening day and this is the first time there has been no sausage in the gravy. Since COVID the restaurant seems to be understaffed. The workers seemed to be overworked and always in a rush.

Every time you go after 10 PM it's a gamble on if they are open or not...9 times out of 10 they'll tell you they're closed. Change the hours on the door and web if they're going to pull this crap dail

Probably the best big azz Bacon Cheeseburger you can get in Big Stone Gap! Perfectly cooked bacon, never burnt!(unlike Wendy's) Strangely they mayo both sides & put toppings on thin side of bun (odd & breaks sandwich)! That's OK cause I always rearrange the sandwich. I like the sausage and egg biscuits as well. There's a couple things that I don't like but only because of my taste buds! I never mind waiting on fresh food. Breakfast till noon brings me by more often. I am a fan of Hardee's.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking. doors on both sides pull outward. No button and door can be a little difficult to pull. Advise drive-thru or car.
