I always feel welcome here. I was nervous because its my very first time going to a place on my own, but they never made me feel stupid. The food is always so good and they're always so willing to help with customizations. Absolutely recommend!

Very impressed with the young man making my sandwich. Very professional and good at his job. He actually listened, I did not have to repeat 5 times how I wanted the sandwich. Seems like nowadays, you have to repeat your order 5 times because kids just are not paying attention...and they still get it wrong. Good job, refreshing to see people take pride in their work!

The Big Kahuna cheesesteak was very bland. Bread was good, tasted fresh with good chewy firm texture. Have had the tuna before and the ham. Both were basic fine. However, the meat in the cheesesteak and cheese had no flavor at all. Staff was polite and friendly. Outside seating was nicely shaded and comfortable.

Best sammiches in Abingdon! This restaurant is well managed and clean. The staff are friendly and fast. I eat here often because the experience is consistently good. They always say hello. The only con would be the putrid Pepsi products (this is a "me" problem), so I get food to go and drink elsewhere.
