2 times in a row that I come in and order 1 pepperoni and 1 cheese. In told that it'll be 10 minutes before the cheese is ready. When I come to get my Pizzas they give me a fresh cheese and a pepperoni that's been sitting

Went there today and heard an employee cussing about not having breaks or days off, saying he was the best worker and deserves time off. While this was going on, another worker was singing about how she hates this job. Definitely not a friendly atmosphere and very uncomfortable to sit and listen to while waiting on food to be made

Abingdon Va store was terrible service was very slow hour wait
Just came in here to get a pizza , the lady took for ever to wait on me , was handling money and a phone, then didn’t wash her hands and started fixing food! So I got my money back the other guy was on his phone and touching food

I placed an order in the app for pick up. App said 30 minutes to pickup. I've been here an hour now and it isn't ready at all. How is this place even open with service like this. Terrible. Eat elsewhere.

The pizza was terrible. Crust was tough and hard, no pizza sauce pizza was cold. We usually get good pizza, first time for a really bad pizza, almost as bad as pizza hut
