I stopped by this McDonald’s on Cummings Street and had such a great experience. The staff was friendly from the moment I walked in and my order came out quickly. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I expected. The dining area was clean and well taken care of, which made it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy my meal. Even though it was a busy time, the team kept things moving with a smile. This location really stands out for its good service and consistency. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This McDonalds was run very well. They were busy after the baseball game at Bristol and the manager was calling out instructions to the kitchen and keeping things in order. I'm not a fan of the kiosks and they were out of receipt paper making it harder to know what order belonged to whom. Food was fresh though.

Place is disgusting!! Had a group of children with me all under the age of 8 and employees was cussing up a storm. With more than 6 kids around. Person who took my order. Had the worst attitude. I found multiple pieces of hair in my kids nuggets. Service generally sucked honestly. Employees are rude. You got multiple employees in the back hitting their vapes etc. just not a good atmosphere for kids to be around. Walked in and smelt like marijuana. And just over all worst experience. And I will not be returning any time soon.

Check your food. Ordered 3 bacon quarter pounders and NOT ONE had bacon it. But I sure as hell got charged for it. You shouldn’t have to sit at the window and take apart your entire order just to make sure they made it correctly. Idiots will rip you off.

Fairly clean dining room. When you walk in the back door near the restroom you're overpowered by the smell of sewage. My fries tasted like they were double fried. Soggy and cold. My sandwich was thrown together and tasted fishier than normal. Seems McDonald's isn't very concerned with repeat customers. This was my first and last time at this particular store

My issue is with one of your assistant managers named Maddie Hatley who has a personal bias against my disabled mother. She is rude to her every time, threatens to ban her without probable cause. I remember going into the restaurant to eat with my mom, I ordered the Minecraft Big Mac Meal, my mom got a McChicken. Maddie served our food to our table and slammed the tray down and rudely walked away. I thought she was just simply having a bad day, but she keeps showing this behavior over and over again to my mother. This is unacceptable and unprofessional behavior especially in an assistant manager. She should not hold that position if she's involving personal feelings against customers. If nothing is done, I will escalate further with a lawyer. Thank you.

The location at exit 17 in Abingdon Va is so far gone I don't know if ot will ever be able to reclaim it's former glory 💔 The one and only reason to stop is for my husband's large sweet tea that is now over $2??
