This place took 30 minutes or more for my food I was in the drive thru and couldn't leave or I would have. The food I got was cold and dry. Seating in the drive thru like that you would think your food would be fresh and hot but no.

Wow I was shocked of the customer service here is a 0. If your a manager or an owner of this store please do better. There are people who actually want to work find them

Went through the Drive through and ordered. Got to the window to pay. Waited a few minutes for the guy to quit playing his game in his phone. Got to the window to pick up my food. The girl was too busy talking to her co-workers to give us our food. Got our food which had a special order. Recipe on outside of the box was correct. The food on the inside was just a regular Big Mac. Crappy place to eat.

We had to wait for our order to be taken in the drive thru and had wait for our food it didn't seem to have enough employees to work the place I've never had this experience at a McDonald's 30 mins for 2 McChicken 3 Fry's and 2 drinks.. set in the drive thru for over 10 mins then my fiance pulls to the window and ask if there closed or something.. always a wait and always gets the order wrong.. needs better management

Received undercooked hash-browns the last two visits to the location. My mocha ice coffee was so dark and had so much chocolate syrup in it that there still was a lot sweeting in the bottom. The bacon was old and no good.

The burgers are always assembled nicely... I know that sounds like a weird compliment but it's a valid one! Most McDonald's locations just slap their burgers together and the items are sloppy messes in the end. However this location actually has employees that care about what they're making for their customers. I appreciate that level of attention very much! Thank y'all!!
