I ordered a meal on the app at 10pm when they were open till 12am and it said items were unavailable when they weren’t so one of the managers Eddie made me pay again and said the other charge would be cancelled out and if i have any problems to call him. I ended up being double charged and when i called he raised his voice and interrupted me telling me it’s all my banks fault he can’t do anything and if i have any problems i have to call Diana the GM - literally one of the most annoying conversations and one of the rudest interactions ive had when all rhe man had to do in the first place was issue a refund the night the issue occurred. Instead i guess he felt the need to have horrible customer service

whoever owns this store Must be hard up for money. I’ve never bought a large fry and Only got a medium in a large container Anywhere besides this McDonald’s and it happens every time do better. It’s four dollars for a potato. It should at least be full.

OK for a fast lunch just the quality of the food is just not that good anymore well I guess you get what you pay for.

Was served a partially raw hamburger patty on my double quarter pounder with cheese but the manager quickly had them make me a fresh one and made sure it was fully cooked before personally walking it to me

Food is normally cold, fries are always soggy and undercooked… and I just love to be greeted with “what did you have” almost every time I pull up to the window.
They have been known to mess up my order from time to time, but there's room for human error! My child loves their Happy Meals and shakes
