I’ve been to this location several times. Unfortunately, they always give me the wrong order at the second window. I then have to sit in the parking lot to wait for them to bring me my actual order - and often have to go inside because they forget I’m waiting out there. Don’t waste your time here.

Just bad all around. Drive thru order. No issues taking order. Get to window. Realize mistake with order. They say no problem fix it. Have us park. Soda is flat. Food brought out. Entire order is wrong. Go inside. Ask about mcrib. They say i can have bbq sauce cause they are out our sauce.the employees are dancing around like idiots and yelling that they out of that sauce. Oh well. I get refund and leave. It looking like a kindergarden in their. All children and one overworked manager trying to keep it together. Wont be coming back.

When there for lunch order two McChickens plan got them they had everything took it back they gave me 2 plain spicy McChicken took it back again waited 45 minutes never got my food I ended up just leaving

The last three times me and my fiancee have been here our order has been messed up they put pickles on her burger after asking them not to ordered an extra fry instead of apple slices in our son's happy meal and they gave us apple slices instead and then this last time they only half way wrapped my burger and the baggers dont wear gloves so Id say someone's nasty hands have touched my burger with no gloves on
Had a mobile order for 2 double cheeseburgers (no pickle) and a large 10 piece nugget meal. Confirmed on my phone through the app and email. Gave my code at the order box, and pulled around to the last window, got my drink, and was asked to pull to the end of the building as they were working on my food. That's fine. 15 minutes later, I still hadn't received my food, was asked by 3 different people what I was waiting on, as if my order had disappeared or been forgotten, then was brought a bag with one burger (with pickles), a small fry, and 8 nuggets in a 10 nugget box. Even though this is the most convenient fast food place for where I work, I will absolutely never come here again. Unbelievable.

Giving this location a 1 star. We were on a road trip and actually came from another McDonald’s 5 minutes away because the drinks were all watered down. Come to find out, this location was watered down as well. I asked for sweet tea and the manager did not provide customer service at all. She walked away from me while I was talking and gestured inappropriately. Another employee actually assisted me very respectfully, and would love to individually rate the employee 5 stars.
P.S. if you’re not from this town, DO NOT go here.
