Was served a partially raw hamburger patty on my double quarter pounder with cheese but the manager quickly had them make me a fresh one and made sure it was fully cooked before personally walking it to me

I always use their mobile app for the good deals and points for free food every other few days. I’d prefer this place over Burger King any day. Drive thru is usually much faster despite being short staffed. Not only that, I was happy to receive a call from corporate from a Becky who was very kind to me about a technical issue caused on their end. She provided me a replacement meal at the business of my choice free of charge. That’s great customer service. I never have issues...
