Nancy's Fancy's Cakes and Catering

Do not recommend at all. Small southern business etiquette is not what you'll get here. We booked Nancy for a 30 person wedding cake for Oct 2024. Chocolate, white frosting , no decor just flowers, $230. Prior to our wedding communication with Nancy was frustrating. Often busy, doesn't reply or calls at 8 or 9pm at night. Unfortunately due to hurricane helene which destroyed SW VA our wedding had to be cancelled. All vendors (Venue, hotel, DJ, Officiant) graciously offered us back our money due to the unfortunate events except Nancy due needing "funds to care for stray animals." I was quite surprised and disappointed as we received no cancelation policy prior and we only paid in full up front to not be left with a big cost towards the end of our wedding.

This was the absolute best cake ever !!! So delicious !

Nancy not only catered our wedding but also made our beautiful wedding cake. Her food was amazing and we had so many positive compliments from our guests. Our cake was so moist and flavorful and beautifully decorated. You can tell Nancy puts her heart and soul into her cooking and baking. It was a pleasure working with her!
