Ridiculous! They messed up the order; half the order was wrong and burnt. When we try to call to let them know and we get a call center that transfers us to the store where we are on hold for 20 minutes. This is after being on hold for 10 minutes just to get told the number listed isn't even the local stores number?!?! What in the world?!?! Got hung up on twice on separate calls. Craziest dang thing! When we got through after nearly an hours back and forth with the call center the only positive is the young man on the phone credited the account. Will likely not be back anytime soon

Not a very good experience!!! Tables were all dirty and still had plates and boxes from earlier guests.. salad bar was empty and there were no clean silverware and the waitress spent more time outside smoking instead of inside cleaning and restocking

Traveling, this was close to hotel and we like Pizza Hut every now and then. This one was filthy, every table was disgusting, floor had trash on it. The salad bar had lettuce so brown. But yet everyone was standing around. We dined in, was handed a print out of menu and told to sit anywhere. We were the only ones there. Waited and waited. Finally went to register and waited and waited even though 4 staff members saw me, and they were standing in kitchen doing nothing!!! Finally ordered meat lovers melt and cheese bread sticks and 2 iced teas. Was told to get cups and ice, she would bring tea out. She sat a nasty stained plastic pitcher of tea on table and said this is all we have left. Food arrived really quick, these was not melted in melt, inside was cold but out side crispy, like the baked outside then threw toppings in. Sticks were very under cooked, doughy and horrible as well. We should have walked out.

Do not I repeat do not get the cinnamon sticks we got that as a substitute for them not having Cinnamon rolls and it's not even cooked properly or it's been sitting too long it didn't even wanna come off the box and once we got it and took a bite it was so dry and bland tasting like it thawed out and sat out for a few hours awful experience

The food was medorker, but when you order a salad, the dressing and a fork should automatically be added. We are from ohio and not use to medorker service / food.

I have no idea why that when I call nobody will answer. I waited for over 5 minutes and no answer. It makes me want to order from another pizza place.
Hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten at Pizza Hut, the new style thin crust is fantastic not your usual pizza from the hut and it's delicious. Thank you to the friendly staff and clean atmosphere and to Chris the mgr. for the recommendation!!

This location is always out of something weather it be crust, yes crust (allllll of them at one time) or a basic pizza toppings like cheese. This is the 3rd time. Good thing the Domino's GM knows how to order for truck day so we went there instead.
