This Pizza Hut is literally the worst one around… numerous times you call in orders and then show up for them to not have it… this has happened 3 different times now… foreign people and American… doesn’t matter who answers the phone… same result.

My husband and I are so impressed with Pizza Plus on Lee Highway. The food is hot and delicious every visit. The salad bar is so fresh and is refilled often. The facility is extremely clean. The employees are always friendly and very attentive. Manager Victoria is a delight, she always checks on us to see if we are happy with everything and we always are. We are glad that Abingdon has this wonderful gem.

This place falsely advertises that it’s opened until 9:00 PM on week nights, but they never take orders past 8:15. There’s 2 older guys that work there who do an excellent job. The pizza is always consistent, but there’s a lady who works there who does a half ass job. When I showed up to pick up my order, the pizza had already been out of the oven for a few minutes because she took it out early so it wouldn’t be done, it wasn't cut all the way through, and it undercooked. I think she did it out of spite because I placed an order close to closing time….I wish there were still people who cared about anything.

Do not order delivery!!!! The kid is out joyriding with his girlfriend instead of delivering the food. Unfortunately they don’t have a manager working every shift to take care of this…

We went to this restaurant in Bristol va March 11, 2024 and our meatball subs were delicious so today we tried the one in Abingdon va and we should have taken these meatball subs back inside because they were COMPLETELY AWFUL, they were Soggy and doughy, so I'm not sure that I would ever eat at the Abingdon store again, so if you want a good meatball sub from Pizza Plus you most definitely should go to Bristol va.

The employees were very kind and cheerful. The service was was prompt and well the needs to our table was well anticipated.
Vegetarian options: The buffet has salad. If you want a vegetarian pizza on the buffet, they will make one for you with three toppings.
Parking: It wasn't busy so the parking was completely empty and convenient.
Kid-friendliness: Seems like it would be a good place to take kids with big appetites.
Wheelchair accessibility: The place is spacious so I think a wheelchair can move through comfort.
