As with our entire experience at The Martha: overpriced and underwhelmed. Breakfast was by far the best meal at Sisters. For dinner, my wife had a delicious and well-prepared chicken marsala. I ordered the pork tenderloin. I received a 1" thick slab of pork that was anything but tender. The sweet potato hash was flavorless. I don't think I've ever had sweet potatoes that were so bland. The apple slaw had so much mayo, I couldn't tell if there were any apples in it. The service was rushed. We were one of only 4 occupied tables in the restaurant and if he didn't ask the server to slow our next course, we would have been out in under 45 minutes (that was for 4 courses!!!) And none of the prices on the printed menu matched their website.

We were so excited to stay at the Martha and eat at sisters. Sadly, the restaurant wasn't hosting dinner in the restaurant (which is so beautiful) they were serving only in a ballroom. It took an hour to get our food and when it arrived my filet was cooked well done (ordered medium) .... But it took so long to get it I didn't bother sending it back. Portions are small for the price and we wouldn't eat there again. đ

This is our 4th time during our stay at the Martha Washington Inn at Sister on Christmas Eve. Overall, we always love Dinner here. The MUSIC during dinner played The Beach Boys, The Four Seasons, Frankie Vailie and Elvis Presley...They should be playing some type of Christmas-Holiday Music, very disappointed for the Holidays. Also, the Food we ordered, Oysters Rockefeller the the Oysters were stuck on the Shell, and it was very difficult to enjoy the Appetizers. Service was rushed during each course, and we felt they were Very Understaffed.

Sisters was outstanding. The service and the food we ordered was top tier. My husband had a filet that was cooked perfectly and it was so tender it could be cut with a fork. I definitely recommend sisters for an evening out.
What a wonderful way to celebrate our 41st year of dating - married 40 years. I've always wanted to experience the MWI, so so this year we celebrated Yule in style! The meal was delicious, the staff helpful, and the service on point. Thank you for keeping the spirit of such an amazing building alive.

We ate at Sisters for Thanksgiving. The food was fabulous, our waitress was very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. Highly recommend.
Excellent servers; food was all exceptional. Very pleased that they offered multiple gluten free options!!

We recently attended the holiday tea ($45/person). When we first walked in at 11 am (which was when the tea was supposed to begin), we were told that they werenât set up yet, but we could pick a table. We thought this was strange since we were on time (and other tables were already seated). Indeed, the plates were not even on the chargers - and we did not get them until after the food was placed on the tables. They also served the food before the tea.
When I opened my teapot to fill it with tea (despite calling this event a âhigh tea,â we had to fill the teapots ourselves), it had mouse poop in it. There were no employees by the tea table, so I moved it out of the way behind the tea urns so no one else would use it. I then saw an employee look into it, and quickly take it away. We asked for a small to-go box to take home one of the items we hadnât tried and were told we could not take anything home. Keep in mind this was all food we had paid for and was already on our table, and had been touched/picked through by us. We did not ask for any additional food items. All of the food would just be thrown out if we didnât take it (at least I hope so, but now I have concerns that they were reusing food from the tables which is disgusting). We paid $200 for 4 adults and had an awful experience. Poor service, mediocre food, and clearly unwashed teapots. We donât recommend this event to anyone. They should be reported to the health department. I emailed the manager, but itâs been a week and Iâve had no response.

The food was very good and if you like a stocked bar this is the place. Many wines and whiskeys to choose from. There is a player piano which would have been nice to have been on and would have added to the atmosphere but it was off and when asked to turn on by staff no one knew how to work the controls. They did turn on a radio station with music to add to the atmosphere. Service was very good. Valet parking was a bonus. Would recommend a visit. Hotel is grand.

We had a great stay at The Martha Washington but unfortunately our meal at Sisters was beyond disappointing. The service was extremely slow and our food was served cold. There isn't much else to say. Serving cold food is simply unacceptable. And yes, we did attempt to inform our server but they avoided us until we needed to leave for our play at The Barter. We have enjoyed staying at The Martha Washington Inn over the past 15 years but we won't return to Sisters American Grill.

Food was good I think they were understaffed entrée took over an hour to come out which was fine because it gave you time between appetizers, salad and main course. But the drinks took 30 minutes to get.
