I really shouldn’t give it even one star. Gnats were flying around condiments, no whipped cream, hot fudge was thin like water. Really bad. Yogurt was not very good. I guess we are used to Sweet Frog. No excuse for a place being ran like this. We paid over $14 for two yogurts we threw away because they weren’t really edible.

No idea how this place managed close to let alone over 4 star ratings, first no a.c. atleast 85 degrees in the lobby, 3 or 4 flavors to choose from, half the toppings were empty or close & the person working had the personality of a stump. 10 bucks for a small cup of whatever is absurd I would give less stars if possible!

Never again. When we walked in not an employee in sight. We actually started to leave but finally someone came from the back. She told us it was self serve, which I already knew then she disappeared. We should have left. . When we were ready to pay for our yogurt we stood and waited for the employee to make an appearance. I totally wish we would have just left the yogurt sit and left. I should have known that the lack of customers was an indication to just leave but oh no. No employe Limited choice and the strawberry yogurt wasn't goodI knew it was pricey but if the product was quality I could understand the cost.

I would go back just because the young lady working behind the counter was so kind and attentive to our needs. I loved the yogurt and flavor options. We arrived near closing, so some of the flavors weren’t available, but I loved the yogurt and topping options. Highly recommend.

2nd time coming here, and its pretty nice the color changing spoon is super cool!! i absolutely loved the flavors!!! the cookie dough is my favorite! i acually thought it was pretty neat how they charged you by the ounce! its must easier.... it was pretty slow considering the weather though.....it was pretty decent! i thought it was more then decent!! oved it will be back!!!
