I wish I could give a negative rating on this one. Rude service, messed up the order, then when I called really nice I was argued with on how I placed the order! On top of all that I had to wait in drive through without anyone else in line! The soft tacos that wasn’t supreme like I ordered barely had any meat at all it was at least 95% lettuce on top of not being supreme. The Nacho cheese cup in my $5 box that I opted for no joke was 85% empty and the 5 layer burrito was smaller than ANY I have EVER received at dozens of other Taco Bell locations. I was extremely nice when I called back but when the girl that answered started started arguing w/ Me about the 3 soft tacos not being supreme heavily insinuating I was lying I lost it, but please understand part of My job is taking orders at another restaurant I NEVER give ANYONE doing restaurant work a hard time because I know first hand what it’s like. It’s the first and definitely the last time at this location! The Taco Bell’s in Bristol VA do very good so if in Abingdon I suggest go there if You want really good accurate made food.

This Taco Bell absolutely sucks would not recommend going here, the service sucks.
This store use to be great now I've been multiple times where the food is stale and literally nothing on your taco but a mostly empty shell, when asked to remake the manager wouldn't and said she's been cutting down on the portions.. with an attitude.. I will not be back as I have wasted money the last 3 times in a row I've been there. The current leadership lacks experience, empathy, and integrity. It's a shame to see how far this store in abingdon has fallen...

Worst experience ever! No one wanted to help us. All they wanted us to do was use the digital order. Yes, I get it, you are busy, but as someone who has worked in customer service for years, YOU SHOULD BE ON TOP OF THAT!! And stop using the bathroom as your “secret” break station!

Taco Bell is my go-to for a quick, tasty bite that never disappoints. The service is always fast and the staff is super chill and friendly. My order’s always right, and the food comes out hot and fresh every time. Whether it’s a Crunchwrap, soft tacos, or those cheesy fiesta potatoes — they always hit the spot.
