Was forced to use a kiosk clearly stated how I want my food made. It also shows on the reciept . Once I got back to work and opened my food iy was wrong.
Tryed to call the store multiple times and noone answers.

Ordered on the taco bell app for DoorDash delivery, missing more than half our order. They told us to come pick up the other half ourselves and it's not their problem. DoorDash driver was nice enough to go back and grab it, but still missing items. Clearly they cannot count the items in the bag. Terrible taco bell to order from. Either go in person to make sure you get the right items or go to the one in Bristol.
I have never seen one store mess up so many orders. Even stuff like a deluxe taco, which you pay extra for is far from deluxe when you get home. Mexican pizzas are good when they aren't smashed into oblivion. Cheaper to actually go to a restaurant.

Our 1st day of vacation: Left home, (suburb of Cleveland Oh) ,at 8am, rode 8hrs on our Harley. Tired & hungry, we decided to walk across street for fast food We ordered our food for inside dining at 7:22pm. We noticed others waiting on their orders as well. Multiple orders taking extremely long, incorrect orders, the dining area messy. Dirty tables, floors a mess. The prep area extremely messy. We patiently waited, but finally asked about our order. It did get lost in the craziness. We finally received our food at 7:57pm!! Where is management to help with this craziness.. the crew making the orders do seem to be trying but this is NUTS!!
