In my opinion, Wendy's has the best cheeseburger. Especially this store, they do a great job!

I came to the Wendy's restaurant at exit 17 in Abingdon va and purchased a couple Baconators and they only had three small pieces of bacon on it and a Taco Salad and didn't get chips, salsa or sour cream with it. When I called to address it the woman I spoke with said I'll talk to the crew about it and that the Taco Salad doesn't come with anything but chili now. I think that if that is the way they are going to treat their customers they should replace their management staff because they are very RUDE.

Rude and disrespectful such disgusting attitude my opinion is if you dont like your job don't show it to customer i understand I use to work here and I hated it but I always had a smile on my face and was down to help anyway I could tonight was awful I was considered stupid when I asked for certain items that they have on they're menu and was ignored when I wanted to use my coupon when I spoke with the manager the first thing out of his mouth shouldn't have been well things are Alot different then when you were here EXCUSE ME but I'm a customer not your colleague no more I deserve an apology and understanding I was upset and not happy with the service I won't be coming back my favorite Wendy's will forever be glad because there they act like adults even though they are all teens

Amazing how clean this Wendy's is and how friendly the staff are. I travel a lot and this was the best fast food restaurant I've been in for the last 10 years!! The food was great and I can't say enough about how nice it was to stop in this restaurant. I'll be back because I travel back and forth from East Tennessee to Roanoke and I'm glad to have such a nice place to take a few minutes to stop and eat.
