Payed $12 for a 4 for 4 then tried to go back though the drive though to get the rest of the food I paid for and they refused told me it was all in the bag when I pulled off, I originally ordered a 4for4 burger 4 piece chicken nuggets and fries and a frosty. Plus a frosty plus the food I didn't get 6 piece chicken nugget. And a small fry. Will not be going back. I've never had a good experience.

We just left Wendy's in Abingdon Va because the dining room door was already locked at 8:12 pm. I called to find out why & was told they needed that time to close the front end down. I told them they should hire someone or go home. This person called me back to give me a hard time about what I had said so I just hung up. This is ridiculous to close the dining room an hour early. I guess they didn't need our money & I won't be going back!

Horrible service. Woman working the 2nd window was rude and argued with us on what was ordered. A drink was incorrect and when asked to correct it she commented “well guess we’ll just throw money away”. 1st attendant couldn’t hear or understand anything ordered or questions asked. I could handle 1st attendant but the 2nd one was absolutely lacking any customer service skills. The rudest person I’ve encountered at a Wendy’s establishment. Restaurant was empty, no reason for the behavior or poor service. We gave them our food back and didn’t request a refund. Will never return.
Management was rude when I went through drive-through to pick up a mobile order. The employee was not rude, but the management over talked the employee and she raised her voice to me and said I had to come inside if she would’ve said, sorry for the inconvenience but you’re going to have to come inside. It would’ve been different but she was rude and then when I came inside, she rudely told me the food is over there very disrespectful and unprofessional bad example for her younger employees

I write this review as I sit here starving bc the staff at this location are apparently illiterate and left 3 items out of my order. Sent in an Uber order, drove 15 mins to get it, they refused to hand it to me through the window (bc the staff was having a full conversation with a friend at the window instead) I go in to get the order with house shoes and pajamas on and the staff are cussing each other and speaking filthy like I'm not there. Real classy group of people. I called and spoke to the "manager" and he didn't care the least bit.
