⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Must-Visit Spot in Abingdon

We stopped by White Birch | Food + Juice during our road trip from Maryland, and it ended up being one of the most memorable stops of the trip. I ordered the breakfast bowl, fresh juice, and a coffee—everything was absolutely delicious. The bowl was hearty and flavorful, the juice was fresh and vibrant, and the coffee hit the spot.

What truly made the experience stand out was the southern hospitality. Sydney and Rachel are an incredible team—welcoming, attentive, and full of good energy. Sydney especially went out of her way to help us plan our itinerary for the rest of the day, which made a big difference in how our trip played out. It felt like getting insider tips from a friend.

They even brought over a beautiful wooden tea box with a variety of options, which was such a nice, personal touch. We were lucky to visit on a Thursday since they’re closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays—definitely plan around their hours if you’re in town.

White Birch is one of our go-to spots in Abingdon when we’re looking for something fresh, healthy, and delicious. The menu may be a bit limited, but everything is thoughtfully prepared and packed with flavor. The fresh squeezed juices are absolutely fantastic, a must try!

But what truly sets White Birch apart is the service. The staff is consistently warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. You leave feeling better than when you walked in. A special shoutout to Sydney. She’s a true ray of sunshine and worth her weight in gold. Her kindness and energy make every visit even better.

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a feel-good meal and an even better experience.

THE BEST SALAD I HAVE EVER EATEN

The restaurant is lovely with both tables and a bar as well as out front. Our waitress was attentive and suggested modifying the spinach pear salad by adding chicken and goat cheese dressing. My companion had a wrap they said was delicious. We both struggled to finish our meals so bring your appetite. Didn't get alcohol but the small bar selection looked decent. They seemed to only have mass-market basic beers. Service was cheerful.

We had a day on the town and decided to stop by to give this place a try. Such a wonderful, welcoming experience with delicious food! At times we’ve brought our son to small local spots and have been made to feel out of place because of it but not here, at all! They were so inviting, offered us a high chair right when we walked through the door and talked to our son, Maverick, every chance they got. Thank you to the wonderful staff for everything! We’ll be back. ♥️ And the chicken corn chowder was PHENOMENAL! 🔥 My coworker kept asking where it was from so I sent her to you guys.

Hands down, the BEST Irish coffee I've ever had, and the food was amazing too.

Stopped by here on a Monday morning. The staff were incredibly friendly, smiling, happy to see me, and grateful for my business. Food was good, dining room was neat, and restrooms were clean. Great place to stop and eat. Also have a full bar if you’re looking for a cocktail.

Parking: Located right on Main Street. Free parking along the street in both sides.

Came here for a healthy lunch and ended up waiting 1.5 hours for quinoa with avocado and a disappointing egg with bacon. Never got my coffee or muffin, either. Otherwise, we might have enjoyed this place in the evening.

The worst service with average food. Save your time and money—don’t come here

It was packed. The drinks were not good. They were so strong we couldn't even drink them. They were more liquor than anything and some people may like that but not at 11:00am. I had the frozen coffee drink and he had the blood mary. Mine was undrinkable but if his hadnt been so strong I would have drunk it no problem.. But the food was amazing. The food was really great!! ???
