This place is so fun! The whiskey itself is, of course, excellent. I'm a whiskey girl, so the single barrel and the 4-grain are my favorites. But the gin is excellent as well, particularly if you don't normally like gin. There's not a lot of indoor seating, and they get crowded fast, so it helps to get here when they open. The staff are all great - very casual but knowledgeable. Try the Cozy Old-fashioned cocktail!

This is the first time we’ve been here. Everyone was so nice, the atmosphere was amazing! We did the Valentines Day special. We received 3 of Kelly’s Kitchen cheesecakes they had so much flavor and complimented the alcohol that came with it. We ended up dropping some of our cheesecake in the parking lot. I went in and told one of the servers and she replaced it immediately no questions asked. Will definitely go back!

Wow. Unbelievably bad experience with 2 incredibly b+%#y hostesses. We just left with group of 15. Could they be ruder? Doubt it!!! Hated this and we t elsewhere

horrible greeting. we got off a van and there were 20 uva students and parents. the were very rude even though we had a reservation. don't go! we left immediately

The service my family has received at the Afton location has been less than satisfactory. We stopped by two times for drinks and to buy a bottle. The visits were months apart and during the weekdays. Each time there were boys/men working the front room on the first floor. Best way to describe their demeanor was unfriendly, no smiles, standoffish and looked basically not happy to be working. We have a lot of guests that come to visit us here in Virginia. Despite the perfectly fine tasting liquor, we won’t be bringing anyone else by to have a taste.

Not a lot to do here like all the cool activities less than a minute away at the Brewing Tree location BUT good pricing and loved the customer service! Customer service was 10/10 and giving a shoutout to Alexis who works at the bar upstairs with the overflow seating. Will come back for a pre drinking with friends & to enjoy the clean environment and nice AC
